Yankees 5, Mariners 0

Giancarlo Stanton and Aaron Judge each hit solo home runs for New York. Judge had two hits, two walks and scored a second run, while Stanton also walked once.

Anthony Volpe posted two hits, stole a base and scored once for New York. Oswaldo Cabrera had two hits. Gleyber Torres and Juan Soto each got on base twice, with Soto also driving in a run and scoring once.

Luis Gil got the win on the mound to improve to 6-1. He struck out eight over 6 1/3 scoreless innings, while allowing one hit and two walks.

Clay Holmes got a save after striking out two batters over 1 1/3 innings. He has 14 saves on the season now.

Luis Castillo took the loss and fell to 4-6. He allowed two runs on seven hits and three walks over five frames, while striking out three batters.

Dylan Moore drew two walks for Seattle.

Giants 7, Pirates 6

Matt Chapman hit a three-run home run among his two hits for San Francisco. Heliot Ramos had a solo shot among his two knocks.

Brett Wisely drove in a run on two hits and stole a base for the Giants. LaMonte Wade Jr. had two hits and scored a run. Thairo Estrada got on base twice and scored two runs. Curt Casali also got on base twice.

San Fran had a bullpen day, using seven guys in total. Luke Jackson got his second win after allowing a run in an inning of work. Tyler Rogers picked up his first save after working a scoreless ninth.

Paul Skenes started for Pittsburgh, allowing a run on six hits and a walk over six innings. He struck out three batters and has a 2.25 earned run average through three starts.

Hunter Stratton was charged with a blown save and loss after allowing five runs.

Joey Bart hit a grand slam among his two knocks for Pittsburgh. Andrew McCutchen had a solo homer among his two hits, while Bryan Reynolds had a solo shot among his three knocks.

Connor Joe got on base twice and scored a run for the Pirates. Nick Gonzales also reached base twice and scored once.

Phillies 5, Rangers 2

Nick Castellanos and J.T. Realmuto each hit solo homers for Philadelphia. Castellanos added a second hit, while Realmuto also walked once.

Edmundo Sosa had three hits and a run scored for the Phillies, while Cristian Pache drove in two runs on two hits and scored once. Kyle Schwarber finished with two hits and an RBI. Bryce Harper got on base twice.

Zack Wheeler picked up the win to improve to 6-3. He allowed two runs on five hits and two walks across seven innings, while striking out five. He’s got a 2.53 ERA this season.

Jeff Hoffman worked a 1-2-3 ninth inning to claim his fourth save.

Andrew Heaney fell to 0-6 after giving up four runs (three earned) on nine hits and two walks over 3 1/3 innings. He struck out just one batter.

Adolis Garcia hit a solo homer and walked for Texas. Nathaniel Lowe got on base twice and scored the team’s other run.

Padres 6, Reds 4 (10 inn.)

David Peralta had three hits and scored once for San Diego. Luis Arraez drove in a run on four hits and scored once. 

Manny Machado drove in two runs on a hit for the Padres. Ha-Seong Kim and Jurickson Profar each got on base twice, while Profar also scored once and Kim stole two bases.

Matt Waldron allowed two runs on six hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out seven batters.

Enyel De Los Santos was charged with a blown save. Jeremiah Estrada picked up his first win after striking out five over two innings. Robert Suarez got his 14th save after working a scoreless 10th inning.

Frankie Montas started for Cincinnati and gave up four runs on nine hits and a walk over six innings. He struck out three batters along the way.

Sam Moll was tagged with his first loss after allowing two runs in the 10th inning.

Nick Martini hit a two-run homer among his two hits and scored a second time for the Reds. Jeimer Candelario got on base twice and drove in a run. Spencer Steer walked twice, added a hit and scored a run.

Braves 3, Cubs 0

Jarred Kelenic hit a solo homer for Atlanta. Chadwick Tromp had two hits and scored a run.

Ozzie Albies got on base twice and drove in a run for the Braves. He also stole a base.

AJ Smith-Shawver was called up and pitched 4 1/3 scoreless innings for Atlanta. He allowed three hits and two walks, while striking out four.

Dylan Lee got the win after working the next inning. Raisel Iglesias earned his 12th save after striking out two batters in a 1-2-3 ninth inning.

Ben Brown started for Chicago, not allowing a run on a hit and two walks over four innings. He struck out six batters along the way. 

Hayden Wesneski took his third loss on the season after allowing a run in 1 2/3 innings.

Seiya Suzuki had two hits for Chicago. Ian Happ had a hit, walk and stolen base.

Athletics 10, Rockies 9 (11 inn.)

J.D. Davis and JJ Bleday each hit two-run home runs for Oakland, while Daz Cameron added a solo shot. Davis had two total hits, while Cameron had two knocks and scored a second run.

Seth Brown posted three hits, stole a base and scored three runs for the Athletics. Zack Gelof drove in a run on two hits and also walked, while Kyle McCann had three hits, two walks and a run scored.

Max Schuemann drove in two runs on three hits, while also scoring once and stealing a base for Oakland. Brent Rooker drew a pair of walks.

Joey Estes started for Oakland, allowing four runs on seven hits over seven innings. He struck out six and walked none. 

Brandon Bielak eventually got the win after getting the final out in the 11th inning.

Ryan Feltner started for Colorado and tossed six scoreless innings. He allowed four hits and two walks, while striking out six.

Jalen Beeks blew a save for a second straight day. Peter Lambert got the loss after allowing one run in the 11th inning.

Brenton Doyle drove in two runs on two hits, stole a base and scored once for Colorado. Brendan Rodgers drove in two runs on one hit and scored once.

Ezequiel Tovar, Jake Cave and Elehuris Montero all added two hits for Colorado. Tover scored two runs, Cave drove in a run, stole a base and scored once and Montero scored a run. Kris Bryant got on base twice.

Blue Jays 9, Tigers 1

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Daulton Varsho each hit two-run homers for Toronto. Isiah Kiner-Falefa added a solo shot. Guerrero had two hits and scored a second run, while Kiner-Falefa also added a second hit.

Bo Bichette led the team with three hits, while also driving in a run and scoring once. Danny Jansen got on base three times, drove in a run and scored twice. 

Kevin Gausman struck out 10 batters over six strong innings to get the win and improve to 3-3. He allowed a run on three hits and two walks.

Jack Flaherty was dealt the loss after pitching 6 1/3 innings. He allowed three runs on seven hits and one walk, while striking out nine.

No Detroit player got on base more than once.

Orioles 8, White Sox 6

Jorge Mateo hit a three-run homer for Baltimore, while Anthony Santander added a solo shot. Mateo also walked twice, stole two bases and scored another run.

Adley Rutschman drove in three runs on two hits for the Orioles. Cedric Mullins had two hits, two stolen bases and runs scored. Ryan Mountcastle posted four hits and scored twice, while Austin Hays had an RBI on two knocks. Gunnar Henderson reached base four times and scored once.

Grayson Rodriguez started for Baltimore and got the win to improve to 5-1. He allowed two runs on three hits and five walks, while striking out seven. 

Craig Kimbrel picked up his 10th save after getting the final two outs. 

Mike Clevinger fell to 0-3 after allowing five runs on seven hits and three walks over 4 2/3 innings. He struck out five.

Tommy Pham got on base four times, drove in a run and scored twice for Chicago. Gavin Sheets and Andrew Benintendi each drove in two runs on a hit - Sheets walked three times and scored once, while Benintendi had one walk.
