The best way for current members to contact us is to use the floating help icon to the lower-right of the screen. We will get back to you within 24 hours but usually much quicker than that.
Here are some common questions you may have and need help with.
- If you forgot your password, please reset it here.
- If you do not receive the reset password email you are either entering the wrong email address or have unsubscribed from ALL FantasySP email. If you previously unsubscribed from all email, please search for a "FantasySP" email and click the link at the bottom called 'Manage Email Preferences'. Enable 'User Action Emails' and then try the password reset again.
- If you would like to cancel your membership, please login first and head to the billing page. If you can't login, please click on the floating help icon and ask to be canceled with as much information as possible.
- If you need to update your billing, head to the billing page.
