Over the last week, we've gone through 2022 fantasy football tiers by position for a quarterback and running backs. Today, we'll take a look at the different wide receivers to target beginning with the top-five wideouts heading into 2022. This elite group of pass-catchers includes Davante Adams, Cooper Kupp, Ja'Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson, and Deebo Samuel.
Each tier has a category of receivers that matches where they are expected to be selected in fantasy football drafts. Tier 2 has guys like Stefon Diggs and Mike Evans, who are top-10 receivers in the league but perhaps not top-five. In Tier 3, we'll take a look at some young wide receivers heading into their second or third year such as Tee Higgins and Micheal Pittman. Tier 4 will cover some seasoned veterans and Tier 5 will take a look at some pass-catchers who could have breakout years. The rest of the tiers (6-10) are dedicated to progressively late-round wideouts to target in 2022 fantasy drafts. Some of the guys in Tiers 8-10 might end up going undrafted and could be the top wide receivers to claim from free agency when the season begins.
