Undisputed Workhorse Role in Baltimore Offers Elite RB1 Value

Henry enters his second season in Baltimore as the undisputed workhorse in a run-heavy scheme, comfortably ahead of Justice Hill and Rasheen Ali. Our projections expect a dominant campaign, slating him for 286 carries, 1,468 rushing yards, and 13 touchdowns on the ground.

Entering Year 11 at age 32, Father Time remains a narrative risk, but Henry’s extreme annual body maintenance and strict fasting routine keep him elite. A minor OTA knee collision in May proved to be a non-issue, reinforcing his reliable durability.

His ADP has steadily climbed from 26 in June to 22.0. At this price, our models view him as a fantastic value in 1.0 PPR leagues. He remains a highly trusted starter who should easily justify his late second-round draft capital.
