Top Hitters

Philadelphia Phillies’ Bryce Harper, San Diego Padres’ Jake Cronenworth, Boston Red Sox’s Jarren Duran and Washington Nationals’ Jacob Young all had seven hits this weekend.

Harper had four singles, two doubles and one home run for his seven knocks. He drove in three runs, scored three times and struck out just once.

Cronenworth had five singles, a double and a home run over the weekend. He drove in a pair, scored five runs and was not a strikeout victim.

Duran also had five singles, a double and a home run this weekend. He drove in three runs, scored three times, stole a base and struck out on two occasions.

Young had five singles and two doubles for his hits. He scored four runs and struck out once.

Tampa Bay Rays’ Yandy Diaz and Josh Lowe, Washington’s Lane Thomas and CJ Abrams, Houston Astros’ Alex Bregman, Milwaukee Brewers’ Brice Turang, Baltimore Orioles’ Adley Rutschman, Detroit Tigers’ Colt Keith, San Diego’s Jackson Merrill and Seattle Mariners’ Ryan Bliss all had six weekend hits.

Diaz had four singles and one double and homer for his knocks. He drove in three runs, scored once and struck out one time.

Lowe had three singles, two home runs and one double this weekend. He drove in five runs, scored three runs, walked twice, stole a base and was not a strikeout victim.

Thomas had three singles, two doubles and a triple for the Nationals. He drove in seven runs, scored four times, stole a base and struck out three times.

Abrams had three doubles, two singles and a homer this weekend. He drove in three runs, scored five times, walked once, stole a base and struck out on five occasions.

Bregman had three singles and doubles over the weekend. He drove in a run, scored four times, walked once and struck out twice.

Turang had four singles, a triple and a home run. He drove in six runs, scored three times, walked once and struck out five times.

Rutschman had five singles and a double for his hits. He scored twice, walked two times and struck out once.

Keith had three singles, two doubles and a home run over the weekend. He drove in three, scored three runs, walked once, stole a base and was not a strikeout victim.

Merrill had four singles, a double and a home run for the Padres. He drove in four runs, scored once, walked once and struck out twice.

Bliss had three singles, two doubles and a homer over the three games this weekend. He drove in four runs, scored once, was hit by a pitch and struck out once.

Houston’s Yainer Diaz joined Cronenworth and Abrams at five runs scored. Diaz had four singles and a home run for his five weekend hits. He drove in four runs, walked once, had two sacrifice flyouts and was not a strikeout victim.

Philadelphia’s Nick Castellanos, St. Louis Cardinals’ Alec Burleson and Texas Rangers’ Wyatt Langford joined Thomas with seven RBIs.

Castellanos had two singles and homers over the weekend. He scored two runs, walked and struck out once and also had a sacrifice fly.

Burleson had five weekend hits, three singles and two home runs. He scored four times, stole three bases and walked and struck out once.

Langford had two doubles and singles and a home run this weekend. He scored twice and struck out once.

New York Mets’ Francisco Alvarez got on base eight times over three games. He had two doubles and home runs, along with four walks. He drove in two runs, scored twice and struck out three times.

Los Angeles Dodgers’ Shohei Ohtani had three hits and three walks in just two games played. He singled once and homered twice, drove in four runs and scored twice.

Seattle’s Dominic Canzone had five hits and one walk in three games played. He tallied four singles and a home run for his hits. Canzone also drove in two runs, scored four times and struck out twice.

Toronto Blue Jays’ Spencer Horwitz had three hits and three walks this weekend. He singled once and homered twice for his knocks. Horwitz drove in two, scored three runs and wasn’t a strikeout victim.

Texas’ Nathaniel Lowe had five hits and two walks this weekend. He singled four times and doubled once. Lowe scored three runs and also stole a base.
