Altuve is currently listed as questionable after a collision at second base on June 27, though he initially remained in the game to finish the contest. He has been productive over the last seven days, batting .280 with a .333 on-base percentage, providing a spark for a third-place Astros squad that currently sits at 42-44. Despite the injury scare, he remains the primary starter at second base and is vital to Houston's attempt to close the one-game gap in the division race.

Altuve's .239 average on the year is a notable departure from our .274 season projection, but his eight home runs through 62 games indicate the power is still present in his bat.
