A new week is here, which means it's time to go over some weekly projections to help fantasy baseball owners identify some waiver wire options.

Second Basemen
New York Mets' Jeff McNeil is projected for 23 fantasy points this coming week. He's owned in 35% of fantasy leagues and has seven possible games.
McNeil has played in 46 games so far this season, getting 167 plate appearances. He has a .250 average and .341 on-base percentage so far, along with 23 RBIs, 15 runs scored, a stolen base, 19 walks and 17 strikeouts. McNeil has eight home runs, five doubles and three triples among his 36 total knocks.
Washington's Luis Garcia Jr. (68% rostered), Minnesota's Willi Castro (62%) and Miami's Otto Lopez (62%) are all projected for 21 fantasy points this week. Garcia and Lopez have six games each, while Castro could play up to seven.
Los Angeles Dodgers' Hyeseong Kim (23%) is projected for 20 points this week. He has six games scheduled.
Catchers
Chicago Cubs' Carson Kelly is owned in 41% of leagues and is set for 22 points over seven games this week.
Kelly has a .245 average and .352 OBP over 48 games and 182 plate appearances so far this season. He has nine homers, five doubles and a triple among his 38 total knocks. Kelly also has 25 RBIs and walks, 28 runs scored and 31 strikeouts.
Miami's Agustin Ramirez (53%) and Toronto's Alejandro Kirk (72%) are both projected for 21 points over six contests. Atlanta's Drake Baldwin (21%) and Minnesota's Ryan Jeffers (18%) each have seven games and are set for 20 points this week.
Third Basemen
St. Louis' Nolan Arenado (88%) is set for 25 points over seven games.
Arenado has a .247 average and .310 OBP over 72 games and 303 plate appearances in 2025. He has 11 doubles, a triple and 10 home runs among his 68 total hits. Arenado also has 39 RBIs, 36 runs scored, a stolen base, 23 walks and 32 strikeouts.
Seattle's Jorge Polanco is rostered in 45% of leagues and is projected for 22 points over seven contests.
Polanco has played in 63 games and gotten 233 plate appearances so far. He has a .258 average and .306 OBP along the way, while also having tallied 36 RBIs, 26 runs scored, three stolen bases, 14 walks and 31 strikeouts. Polanco has 55 total hits, including nine doubles and 11 home runs.
Milwaukee's Caleb Durbin (6%), Toronto's Ernie Clement (32%) and LA Dodgers' Max Muncy (82%) are all set for 20 points this week. Each hitter also has six games scheduled.
First Basemen
St. Louis' Alec Burleson is owned in 58% of leagues and is projected for 24 points over seven games this week.
Burleson has played in 67 games and logged 241 plate appearances so far. He has a .308 average and .346 OBP, along with 30 RBIs, 24 runs scored, three walks, 14 walks and 32 strikeouts. Burleson has 11 doubles and eight home runs among his 69 total hits.
Chicago Cubs' Michael Busch is rostered in 67% of leagues and is set for 23 points over seven possible games.
Busch has a .271 average and .365 OBP over 72 games and 271 plate appearances. He has 13 doubles, three triples and 12 homers among his 64 total hits, along with 44 RBIs, 32 runs scored, three stolen bases, 30 walks and 60 punchouts.
Los Angeles Angels' Nolan Schanuel (30%) is set for 21 points over six games. Tampa Bay's Jonathan Aranda (74%) and Minnesota's Ty France (14%) are each set for 20 points this week - France has seven games he could play in, while Aranda has six.
Outfielders
San Francisco's Jung Hoo Lee is down to 86% rostered. He's projected for 23 fantasy points over six contests.
Lee has a .252 average and .315 OBP over 75 games and 317 plate appearances this season. He has 17 doubles, five triples and six homers among his 72 total knocks, along with 34 RBIs, 44 runs scored, six stolen bases, 26 walks and 35 strikeouts.
Seattle's Luke Raley (5%), Detroit's Parker Meadows (15%), Atlanta's Michael Harris II (82%), Tampa Bay's Jake Mangum (12%) and Minnesota's Trevor Larnach (17%) are all projected for 22 points this week. Of that group, Raley, Harris and Larnach all could play up to seven games, while everyone else is at six.
Toronto's George Springer (76%), Cincinnati's TJ Friedl (87%), Baltimore's Cedric Mullins (69%) and Milwaukee's Sal Frelick (54%) are all set for 21 points this week over six games.
Texas' Evan Carter (40%), Miami's Jesus Sanchez (15%) and Detroit's Kerry Carpenter (64%) are projected for 20 points this week over six games each.
Shortstops
St. Louis' Masyn Winn (52%) is projected for 25 fantasy points over seven games this week.
Winn has a .255 average and .323 OBP over 66 games and 280 plate appearances. He has 13 doubles and six homers among his 64 total hits. Winn also has 25 RBIs, 46 runs scored, four stolen bases, 23 walks and 51 strikeouts.
Chicago Cubs' Dansby Swanson (84%) and Miami's Xavier Edwards (56%) are each set for 24 points this week. Swanson could play up to seven games, while Edwards has six scheduled.
Minnesota's Carlos Correa (31%), LA Angels' Zach Neto (77%) and Seattle's J.P. Crawford (47%) are each projected for 22 points this week. Correa and Crawford have seven possible games to play in, while Neto has six.
San Diego's Xander Bogaerts (82%), San Francisco's Willy Adames (72%) and Chicago White Sox' Chase Meidroth (25%) are all set for 20 points over six games each.
