A new week of fantasy baseball is nearly here, so let's take a look at the week 10 fantasy hitting projections and point out some possible streaming options on the waiver wire.

Second Basemen
Washington's Luis Garcia Jr. is projected for 22 fantasy points for the upcoming week. He's rostered in 62% of leagues and has six games on tap this week.
Garcia has played in 44 games and gotten 174 plate appearances so far. He has a .231 average and .282 on-base percentage. Garcia has nine doubles and four homers among his 36 total knocks, along with 19 RBIs, seven stolen bases, 20 runs scored, 11 walks and 25 strikeouts.
Tampa Bay's Brandon Lowe is also set for 22 fantasy points this week. He has seven games he could play in, and is owned in 43% of leagues.
Lowe has a .224 average and .280 OBP across 46 games and 189 plate appearances so far. He has nine homers and three doubles among his 39 total hits, along with 27 RBIs, two stolen bases, 21 runs scored, 14 walks and 50 punchouts.
Detroit's Gleyber Torres is rostered in 88% of leagues and is set for 22 points. He has six games scheduled this week.
Torres has played in 39 games and gotten 166 plate appearances so far, and he sits with a .271 average and .355 OBP. He has six doubles and five home runs among his 39 total hits. Torres also has 24 RBIs, four stolen bases, 20 runs scored, 17 walks and only 15 strikeouts.
New York Mets' Jeff McNeil (5% rostered) and San Francisco's Tyler Fitzgerald (25%) are both projected for 20 points across six games this week.
Shortstops
LA Angels' Zach Neto is projected for 24 fantasy points over six games. He's rostered in 79% of leagues.
Neto has a .287 average and .331 OBP across 32 games and 139 plate appearances this season. He has nine doubles and eight homers among his 37 total hits, along with 19 RBIs, eight stolen bases, 27 runs scored, seven walks and 40 punchouts.
Chicago White Sox' Chase Meidroth is owned in 42% of leagues and is set for 23 points over six contests.
Meidroth has been good across his 28 games and 109 plate appearances so far. He has four doubles and a homer among his 30 total hits, along with five RBIs, eight stolen bases, 15 runs scored, 12 walks and 16 strikeouts.
San Francisco's Willy Adames is available in 13% of leagues and is projected for 22 points over six games. Houston's Jeremy Pena (88%) and St. Louis' Masyn Winn (52%) are each projected for 21 points over six contests.
New York Yankees' Anthony Volpe (80%) and San Diego's Xander Bogaerts (88%) are each set for 20 fantasy points over six possible games.
Third Basemen
Tampa Bay's Junior Caminero is owned in 89% of leagues and is projected for 21 points over seven contests this coming week.
Caminero has a .237 average and .270 OBP over 46 games and 189 plate appearances this season. He has eight home runs and seven doubles among his 42 total hits, along with 20 RBIs. Caminero also has three stolen bases, 20 runs scored, nine walks and 38 strikeouts.
St. Louis' Nolan Arenado is set for 21 points over six games. He's owned in 86% of leagues.
In his 13th MLB season, Arenado has a .243 average and .313 OBP across 47 games and 201 plate appearances. He has 10 doubles, five homers and a triple over 44 total hits. Arenado also has 24 RBIs, a stolen base, 22 runs scored, 17 walks and 23 strikeouts.
Seattle's Jorge Polanco is owned in 82% of leagues and is set for 20 fantasy points over six contests. New York Mets' Mark Vientos is rostered in 67% of leagues and is projected for 20 points over six games as well. LA Angels' Yoan Moncada is another hitter projected for 20 points over six contests, but he's owned in just 5% of leagues.
First Basemen
Tampa Bay's Yandy Diaz is projected for 24 points over seven games this week. He's owned in 77% of leagues.
Diaz has played in 47 games and gotten 205 plate appearances so far. He has a .249 average and .298 OBP, along with 27 RBIs, three stolen bases, 18 runs scored, 13 walks and 27 strikeouts. Diaz has nine doubles and seven homers across his 47 total hits.
Tampa Bay's Jonathan Aranda is owned in 52% of leagues and of course could play up to seven games too. He's projected for 22 points.
Aranda has a .306 average and .391 OBP over 45 games and 169 plate appearances so far. He has nine doubles and six homers among his 45 total hits, along with 24 RBIs, 20 runs scored, 18 walks and 42 strikeouts.
San Francisco's Wilmer Flores (65%) and LA Angels' Nolan Schanuel (19%) are projected for 21 points over six games this week.
Cleveland's Carlos Santana (20%), Kansas City's Vinnie Pasquantino (82%), Chicago Cubs' Michael Busch (56%) and Washington's Nathaniel Lowe (52%) are all set for 20 points over six possible contests.
Outfielders
Tampa Bay's Chandler Simpson is projected for 27 points over seven contests. He's owned in 43% of leagues.
Simpson has a .290 average and .314 OBP across his first 29 MLB games and 107 plate appearances. He has four doubles among his 29 total hits. Simpson also has 10 RBIs, 13 stolen bases, 15 runs scored, four walks and 13 strikeouts.
Toronto's Anthony Santander is rostered in 77% of leagues and is set for 22 points over seven contests.
He's played in 44 games and gotten 185 plate appearances so far. Santander has a .188 average and .270 OBP, along with five doubles and six homers, 31 total hits, 18 RBIs, 13 runs scored, 19 walks and 48 strikeouts.
Toronto's George Springer (73%), Atlanta's Michael Harris II (89%), Baltimore's Cedric Mullins (86%), Toronto's Daulton Varsho (20%), Philadelphia's Nick Castellanos (86%) and Tampa Bay's Josh Lowe (47%) are all projected for 21 fantasy points this week. Of that group, only Lowe, Varsho and Springer could play up to seven games - everyone else could only play up to six.
Cincinnati's TJ Friedl (48%) and Arizona's Jake McCarthy (6%) are both set for 20 fantasy points over six scheduled games.
Catchers
St. Louis' Ivan Herrera is projected for 27 fantasy points over six contests. He's rostered in 76% of leagues.
Herrera continues to shine at the plate, as he owns a .397 average and .473 OBP over 19 games and 74 plate appearances so far. He has six doubles and five homers among his 25 total knocks. Herrera also has 22 RBIs, 16 runs scored, eight walks and 12 strikeouts.
Chicago Cubs' Carson Kelly is owned in 60% of leagues and is set for 23 points over six contests.
Kelly, who was scratched from the starting lineup on Sunday, has a .287 average and .416 OBP over 31 games and 125 plate appearances this season. He has eight homers, three doubles and a triple among his 29 total hits. Kelly also has 23 RBIs, 22 runs scored and walks and only 17 punchouts.
Miami's Agustin Ramirez (44%) is set for 21 points over six games. Washington's Keibert Ruiz (53%), Toronto's Alejandro Kirk (16%) and Atlanta's Drake Baldwin (32%) are projected for 20 points each. Kirk has seven games, while Baldwin and Ruiz could play up to six.
