Tuesday Fantasy Baseball Waiver Wire Targets: Hitters & Pitchers to Add Now
Hot bats, rising arms, and a potential closer to monitor on the wire.
Let's go over our second round of fantasy baseball waiver wire/streaming options for the week!
Here was our first story of the week. Also be sure to check out Tuesday's starting pitcher streamer article.
Fantasy baseball waiver wire options can be found all season on FantasySP!
Mauricio Dubon - Atlanta Braves
Dubon is rostered in about 44% of fantasy baseball leagues right now. He was sitting at about 4.5% as on March 30, so he's been rising quickly over the past week or so.
Dubon has thrived early on for Atlanta, posting a .333 average and .368 on-base percentage across 10 games and 38 plate appearances. He has 12 total hits, including two doubles and home runs. Dubon also has seven RBIs, six runs scored, two walks and seven strikeouts so far.
Dubon has had some solid seasons in the past, but is off to a red-hot start in 2026 with a new team. He's starting every day, but hitting near the bottom of the lineup, which limits his fantasy ceiling a bit.
However, a good Atlanta lineup can turn any hitter into a good fantasy asset. Dubon is simply producing so much that he's a fantasy asset who cannot be ignored.
He won't stay this hot all season, and I think he will top out as a deep-league asset most often, but right now, he is a standard league streaming option. Utilize him until his bat cools off a bit, and keep rostering him in most deeper leagues all season.
Dubon should be eligible to play several fantasy spots, which is another plus for him. Take advantage of that, especially while his bat is red hot.
Carlos Correa - Houston Astros
Correa is owned in 73% of leagues at the moment. He was at about 52% on the final day of March, so he too has risen quickly.
Correa is a bigger name, but is off to a hot start and is surging as a fantasy asset. He's starting daily for Houston, playing third base or shortstop. That dual eligibility raises his fantasy value a little bit.
Across 11 games and 48 plate appearances, Correa has a .262 average and .354 OBP. He has a homer and two doubles among his 11 knocks, plus nine RBIs, nine runs scored, a stolen base, six walks and nine strikeouts.
Correa is one of the hot hitters for Houston right now, and with Jose Altuve, Yordan Alvarez and Christian Walker delivering too, that raises the fantasy outlook for Correa.
He needs to be owned and started daily in all deeper leagues. Right now, Correa is worth adding and utilizing in some standard leagues, at least until his bat cools off a bit.
There's a chance Correa continues to deliver at this level all season though, so I like adding him now. You might end up keeping him all season.
Taj Bradley - Minnesota Twins
Bradley is on the rise before he makes another start. He is near 46% rostered at this time.
Bradley will be making his third start of the season tonight, taking on the Tigers. That's a pretty solid matchup on paper, but Bradley is on the rise because of what he's done to this point of the season.
In his first start against Baltimore, Bradley worked 4 1/3 innings, allowing a run on three hits and three walks, but also striking out nine. He got the win against Kansas City in his second start. Bradley worked six scoreless innings, allowing five hits and one walk, while striking out three.
He's been a bit below-average pitcher for most of his career, but he's on a new team now, and in his age-25 season, so maybe the change of scenery is leading to a career year. He's at least worth streaming for the time being.
Bradley is a good streaming asset in deeper leagues after what he's done in his first two starts. He also could be considered in standard leagues. I think he will be more of a deep-league asset over the course of the season though.
Matthew Liberatore - St. Louis Cardinals
Liberatore is another streaming option for Tuesday, and sits near 35% owned.
Liberatore will be making a start against the Nationals on Tuesday night. That's a solid matchup to try Liberatore in.
The 26-year-old lefty has been good early on. In start one, he worked five innings against the Rays, allowing a run on seven hits and two walks, while striking out two. Liberatore worked six innings against the Mets in his last appearance, allowing one run on three hits and one walk, while striking out two again.
The lack of strikeouts holds his fantasy outlook down a bit, but if he keeps limiting runs, Liberatore can be a good fantasy asset. I also see him as a deep-league asset this season, but he could become a streamable option in standard leagues if he continues to pitch well.
Today, he is a better deep-league option. You could consider him in standard leagues, but I think there's better options out there, so skip Liberatore in those leagues for now.
Jakob Junis - Texas Rangers
Junis is up to 6% rostered after a strong start to the season. He was barely owned to start the regular season.
Junis is on the rise after earning a save for the Rangers on Monday. He now has fired six scoreless frames across his first five appearances in 2026. He's allowed just one hit, while striking out four and walking none.
Tyler Alexander earned the team's first two saves, but worked in the seventh inning last night. I think the Rangers are going to be using a committee to lock up wins this season, so the revolving door at closer could continue, with Robert Garcia and Chris Martin also being options.
It's still worth adding Junis in some deeper leagues, just in case he emerges as the go-to closer. Keep close tabs on this situation, and check back later in the week, as we will go over the closer situations for every MLB team.
