He remains entrenched as the everyday first baseman for a third-place Houston squad that currently sits at 42-44 and is riding a two-game winning streak. Management recently reinforced his security in the lineup by shutting down trade inquiries, confirming he remains a focal point for the stretch run.

Despite the recent dip in his batting average, our data suggests there is little reason for panic regarding the veteran's rest-of-season outlook.
