It's time for our second fantasy baseball waiver wire story of the week. We'll again combine everything into one story today.

We won't cover anyone who appeared in Monday's waiver story. Also be sure to check out Tuesday's streaming article.

Check out the top fantasy baseball waiver wire options everyday on FantasySP.

Should You Add Ramon Laureano?

Laureano is up 6.72% today and is rostered in 16.72% of leagues overall.

He's on a six-game hitting streak, and has collected 12 hits over the 28 plate appearances in that stretch. Laureano has a homer and six doubles among the hits, along with five RBIs, 12 runs scored, a stolen base, four walks and seven strikeouts.

Laureano has played in 57 games and logged 193 plate appearances so far this season. He has a .287 average and .358 on-base percentage. Laureano has 13 doubles and 10 homers among his 49 total hits, along with 27 RBIs, 32 runs scored, three stolen bases, 18 walks and 54 strikeouts.

The outfielder has started four straight games for Baltimore, hitting fifth three times and then second in his most recent appearance. Either spot in the lineup can be a favorable one for Laureano, and he's obviously hitting well enough right now to be a worthwhile fantasy asset.

He's underappreciated and not owned in enough leagues right now. Sure, there's plenty of fantasy outfielders to go around, but he's hot at the plate right now, so he's at least worth streaming in a lot of deeper redraft leagues.

I wouldn't be opposed to adding Laureano in standard redraft leagues as well if you need some short-term help in the outfield. He's a bit more trustworthy then some of the other waiver wire options because he's been there and done that over his career. Just know that he's going to cool off eventually, and then you'll need to find a replacement for him.

Laureano should remain a good fantasy asset in deeper leagues for the rest of the season. He has to stay healthy though.

Should You Add Jurickson Profar?

Profar is up 2.73% and is owned in 59.09% of leagues now.

Today is the possible return date for Profar, who had been suspended for 80 games. He only played in four games this season before getting suspended.

In those four games and 16 plate appearances early this season, Profar had three hits and a walk. He scored twice and struck out three times.

He was a force for the Padres last season, finishing with a .280 average and .380 OBP over 158 games and 668 plate appearances. Profar had 29 doubles and 24 homers, along with 85 RBIs, 94 runs scored, 10 stolen bases, 76 walks and 101 strikeouts.

Profar can be a good fantasy asset, and the Braves desperately need him to deliver like last season to get their season back on track. He'll likely slot into the top of the order somewhere and play daily for Atlanta again.

This is a chance to grab a daily fantasy starter for free, so I'm all for adding Profar in any league type. I think he needs to be added in deeper redraft leagues immediately, and remain rostered in those leagues as long as he's playing this season.

He's at a stacked fantasy position in the outfield, but he has the chance to be a top-end fantasy outfielder the rest of the season, so I'd be willing to take a gamble on him in standard redraft leagues today too. He's not a must-add player, but he's a good option, especially if you are lacking in the outfield.

If you don't want to add Profar now, keep a close eye on him. A big game or two would help Profar's own percentage soar, so don't wait too long on adding him.

Should You Add Shane Baz?

Baz is up 2.92% today - he's rostered in 80.19% of leagues overall.

Baz will make a start against the Athletics on Tuesday night, so he's another streaming option. He has not pitched against the Athletics yet in 2025.

Baz has made 16 starts this season, with the Rays going 12-4 in those contests. He is 8-3 with a 4.37 earned run average.

Over 90 2/3 innings pitched, Baz has allowed 44 runs on 79 hits and 35 walks, while striking out 86 batters along the way.

He's coming off a great outing against the Royals. Baz struck out nine over eight scoreless innings. He surrendered three hits and one walk.

Baz allowed five runs in the start before that, but had another scoreless outing in the game before that. He allowed three runs in the three starts before that.

The matchup for Baz is solid today, and coming off a great start, he's a good streaming option today. He's a must-start pitcher in deeper leagues for me.

Baz is a good standard league option as well but I wouldn't label him a must-start guy in those leagues. Check out who else is available to see if you should be adding and streaming Baz today.

Should You Add Edward Cabrera?

Cabrera is up 5.14% so far, and sits at 42.72% overall.

He will be another streaming option today. Cabrera is lined up for a start against the Twins. We haven't seen him face the Twins in 2025.

Cabrera has made 13 starts this season, with Miami going 7-6 in those contests. He's 2-2 and sits with a 3.78 ERA.

Over his 64 1/3 innings, Cabrera has allowed 29 runs (27 earned) on 59 hits and 29 walks. He's struck out 69 batters along the way.

Cabrera has allowed over three earned runs in a start just twice this season, and both those starts were in April. He's allowed two or less earned runs in six straight starts.

A lot of the numbers are favorable with Cabrera, but some inconsistent marks in innings pitched holds him back. He has covered 11 2/3 innings over the past two starts, but didn't go over five innings in the two outings before that.

Cabrera is a fine fantasy option for any league type today, but I prefer him most in deeper leagues. I think there's better options out there in standard leagues. It is a bit of a weaker day for streaming options, so I at least wanted to mention Cabrera.

Should You Add Gary Sanchez?

Sanchez has been added in 4.25% of leagues, bringing his overall mark to 42.72%.

Sanchez has been trending up, because he's playing more in the absence of Adley Rutschman, who is likely out until after the All-Star break.

Sanchez has four hits over his past two games, and has driven in four runs in those appearances. He had four hits (including a double and a home run) a couple days ago, while also driving in four runs that day.

The big thing for Sanchez is that he's playing often. He's made five straight starts for Baltimore, catching twice and serving as the designated hitter on three occasions. Sanchez has hit fourth, fifth and seventh over the past five games.

If he sticks at the cleanup spot, then his fantasy outlook jumps up considerably. Even if he drops to fifth, Sanchez can be a real fantasy asset.

This is more than likely going to be a short-term fantasy pickup, as Rutschman's return will limit Sanchez's playing time a bit. He could hit well enough to make the lineup somewhat often, but it's unlikely he remains a daily starter.

Anyways, in the meantime, Sanchez is an option in all leagues. He's best suited for deeper leagues, but he's hitting well enough to consider streaming him in standard leagues for a little while. Scoop him up if you need some help at catcher, or are just looking for another hot fantasy bat for a little bit.
