After going over some fantasy baseball waiver wire pitchers for Thursday, let's now check out some waiver wire hitting options.

Here are waiver wire hitters stories we did on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We won't discuss any of the players in those stories today.

Fantasy baseball waiver wire options can be found all season on FantasySP!

Ryan Jeffers - Minnesota Twins

Jeffers is up to 73% owned right now. He was around 23% rostered a month ago.

He is riding a four-game hitting streak, and homered in his last appearance on Tuesday. Jeffers has been on a heater for several weeks, and sits with a .299 average and .406 on-base percentage over 32 games and 129 plate appearances.

Jeffers also has 32 hits, 22 runs scored, 25 RBIs, a stolen base, 19 walks and 23 strikeouts. Among his hits, Jeffers has six doubles and home runs, plus a triple.

Jeffers isn't playing daily at this point, but he's producing enough when in the lineup to utilize when he is starting. Jeffers is a better deep-league asset in the long run, but he can be streamed in standard leagues when he's starting.

JJ Bleday - Cincinnati Reds

Bleday has risen to 34% rostered. He was barely owned on May 3, so it's been a steady rise for Bleday.

He doubled on Wednesday to extend his hitting streak to three games. Bleday has four hits and five RBIs over that short stretch.

Bleday has a .292 average and .443 OBP over his 15 games and 61 plate appearances this season. It's a small sample size, but good results. Bleday has four homers, three doubles and a triple among his 14 total hits, plus 12 RBIs, eight runs scored, a stolen base, 13 walks and nine strikeouts.

The outfielder may top out as a deep-league asset, but he's worth utilizing in a lot of those deeper leagues today. He's delivering at the plate for now, so take advantage of his hot hitting while you can.

Carson Benge - New York Mets

Benge is rostered in about 21% of leagues right now. He is on the rise after delivering a walk-off hit for the Mets.

He had three hits in Wednesday's game, and has six hits over a three-game hitting streak. Benge has improved his average to .230 and OBP to .292 with his hot hitting of late.

Over 39 games and 137 plate appearances on the season, Benge has 29 total hits, including five doubles and three home runs. He has 13 RBIs, 16 runs scored, seven stolen bases, 11 walks and 30 strikeouts.

The outfielder is starting most days, and coming off the bench in a lot of the games that he doesn't start. That should continue after Juan Soto got injured again on Wednesday. Benge is just a deep-league asset for now, but he's worth watching in case he keeps trending up, at which point he could work into standard leagues.

Angel Martinez - Cleveland Guardians

Martinez is trending back up, after falling to 36.51% rostered a couple days ago. He's at 37.29%, and is still rising, today.

Martinez has three hits over his past two games, but that included two home runs, so he's trending up as a result. He has three stolen bases and runs scored in that two-game stretch.

He is up to a .260 average and .300 OBP over 41 games and 143 plate appearances this season. Martinez has 34 total hits, including seven doubles and home runs. He has 17 runs scored, 19 RBIs, eight stolen bases, five walks and 31 strikeouts as well.

The primary outfielder this season could have second base eligibility from last season, which ups his fantasy value a bit. Martinez has been up and down as a fantasy asset this season, and those highs and lows line up with hot and cold streaks at the plate. He's a better deep-league asset in the long haul, but can be worth standard league streams when he's hot at the plate for an extended stretch - we'll see if he is at the start of a long hot streak now.

Mickey Moniak - Colorado Rockies

Moniak is up to 86% rostered. At this point a month ago, Moniak was at just 34% owned.

He had three hits on Wednesday - each was an extra-base hit, and he finished a single short of a cycle. Moniak had five RBIs in that contest.

Moniak has a .315 average and .358 OBP over 35 games and 137 plate appearances this season. He has 40 total hits, including eight doubles, two triples and 12 home runs. Moniak has 21 runs scored, 26 RBIs, a stolen base, eight walks and 37 strikeouts.

Moniak has been a pretty solid fantasy asset most of the season, and he's inching closer to 100% after another big game on Wednesday. Look into adding Moniak, as he's likely outplaying some of your current fantasy outfielders.
