Kirk Cousins enters Las Vegas as the nominal starter atop the depth chart, reunited with offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak. While he brings veteran leadership to a young passing attack featuring tight end Brock Bowers, the coaching staff has made it clear that the best quarterback will play, leaving the door wide open for rookie Fernando Mendoza.
