Cheap Red-Zone Weapon Offers Deep-League Value in Cincinnati's Passing Attack

He is currently listed as the second tight end on the depth chart behind Drew Sample, but our projections paint him as the team's primary pass-catching threat at the position. His playmaking ability was recently highlighted by an impressive one-handed grab in camp, showcasing the ceiling he still possesses in Joe Burrow's offense.

We project him to secure 42 receptions for 427 yards and 3 touchdowns this year. While his 2025 campaign took a step back, his previous 65-catch season in 2024 proves he can be highly efficient when targeted. He will share the field with star wideouts Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, limiting his target volume but keeping defensive attention away.

His current ADP is sitting around 285, which represents a massive fall from earlier June peaks. With his fantasy ownership hovering around five percent, his shifting draft cost makes him a zero-risk flyer in deep formats. If he can carve out a steady red-zone role in this high-powered offense, he will easily outperform his current draft price.
