Dell remains officially out for Week 4 as he continues his recovery on injured reserve from a severe knee injury. Before the injury, the dynamic slot receiver flashed tremendous upside, posting 1,376 yards and 10 touchdowns over his first 24 career games. General manager Nick Caserio noted Dell is getting closer to full health, but he is not yet ready for game action.
