Veteran Power Back Poised for Lead Role in Houston's Special Offense

David Montgomery brings his physical running style to Houston, where team coaches and management already view him as a potential three-down asset. Operating as the clear lead back ahead of rookie Woody Marks on the depth chart, Montgomery will anchor the ground game for an explosive offense led by C.J. Stroud.
