Slipping Depth Chart Role and Preseason Missteps Dim Fantasy Appeal

Tracy handled steady volume over his first two seasons, topping 190 carries each year, but enters 2026 facing a crowded backfield. He currently sits behind Cam Skattebo on the depth chart, with Devin Singletary and Najee Harris also competing for rotational touches.

Recent preseason developments have further clouded his outlook, highlighted by a red-zone fumble and surprising special-teams work. Our projections forecast a reduced workload of 120 carries for 500 rushing yards and 20 catches for 180 receiving yards, generating 116.0 fantasy points.

Draft market momentum has turned sharply negative. After drafting near pick 128 in July, his PPR ADP has steadily dropped to 136, while his roster rate plunged from 88% down to 46%. At his tumbling cost, he is merely a speculative bench stash.
