It's time to go over the fantasy baseball hitters trending up and down of late.

We'll start with hitters trending up, and be looking at stats from August 12-18.

Wish a real fantasy expert could break down your team, not just spit out generic advice? Now you can - get a personalized Team Breakdown, tailored for your exact league.

Most Hits

Trea Turner and Michael Harris II led the big leagues with 16 hits each over the past week.

Turner had three doubles and a homer among his hits last week. He added five RBIs, seven runs scored, a walk, two stolen bases and three strikeouts. Turner is owned in all leagues, so his trade value is a little higher right now - you could look to sell high if you need help at a different position.

Harris had three homers and two doubles among his knocks. He also had 11 RBIs, seven runs scored, no walks, a stolen base and five strikeouts. He's been trending up for a bit now and is at 96% owned now - he's finally rolling after a mostly disappointing 2025 campaign.

Francisco Lindor collected 14 hits. He had three doubles and three homers among those hits, along with seven RBIs and runs scored, three walks, two stolen bases and a strikeout. He's a top-end fantasy option and could be another sell-high candidate if you need help elsewhere.

Ketel Marte ended the week with 11 knocks. He had four doubles and two homers among his hits, while also posting eight RBIs, five runs scored, three walks, a stolen base and two strikeouts. He's another guy who is owned in all leagues, and I'd advise against trading him, as fantasy second basemen are hard to find this season.

Jurickson Profar, Matt Olson, Julio Rodriguez and Noelvi Marte all posted 10 hits.

Profar posted three doubles and a double among his knocks. He also had 11 RBIs, six runs scored, five walks, three stolen bases and three strikeouts. He's up to 76% rostered now, and could be a really good add for the stretch run.

Olson hit four doubles among his knocks, while also having three runs scored, two RBIs, four walks, a stolen base and 12 strikeouts. The punchouts are still high, so if you can afford to move a first baseman, Olson could probably net you a really good daily starter at a position of need.

Rodriguez had four doubles and a triple and homer among his 10 knocks. He added four runs scored and RBIs, a walk and stolen base and nine strikeouts. Rodriguez is another guy already owned in every league, and he's a sell-high candidate because he's at a loaded fantasy position.

Marte hit a homer and a double among his hits last week. He added four RBIs, two runs scored, no walks and six strikeouts. Marte is a waiver wire option right now, and is up to 60% owned - he could be a good streaming option while he's hot at the dish.

Most RBIs

Christian Yelich, Vinnie Pasquantino and Jakob Marsee joined Profar and Harris with 11 RBIs over the past week.

Yelich had nine total hits, including a double and three homers. He also had five runs scored, three walks and eight strikeouts. Yelich remains a daily fantasy starter, and instead of looking to sell him high, I'd do my best to keep him around - I think he's a bit undervalued (even though he's owned in all leagues).

Pasquantino popped three homers and two doubles among his six hits. He also had three runs scored, no walks and five strikeouts. Pasquantino is at 95% rostered and would likely be at 100% if he wasn't at a stacked first base position.

Marsee had three doubles and three homers among his eight hits over the past week. He added three runs scored, a walk and stolen base and struck out four times. Marsee continues to be added in fantasy leagues, climbing to 70% right now - he's worth an add until his bat cools off.

Most Runs Scored

Sal Frelick led the way in runs scored with 10, and he accomplished that in just five games. He had two doubles and a homer among his eight hits, walked seven times, drove in four runs, stole a base and struck out just once. Frelick is another waiver option and is up to 73% owned - I think he deserves to be rostered in more leagues.

Roman Anthony scored nine runs last week. He had five hits, including a homer and double, and seven walks. Anthony also had an RBI, two stolen bases and nine strikeouts. He is slightly up to 80% owned, and that mark will continue to grow if he keeps delivering strong weeks at the plate.

Geraldo Perdomo scored eight times over the past week. He had a double, triple and homer among his eight hits, while walking six times, driving in two, stealing four bases and striking out four times. Perdomo has been one of the biggest fantasy surprises all season, so instead of looking to trade him, you're better off just utilizing him the rest of the season.

Most Walks

Mike Trout walked a league-high nine times last week. He had singles for all three of his hits, along with no RBIs, three runs scored and nine strikeouts. Trout showed why he's still a feared hitter, and provided some fantasy value on a week where he wasn't hitting the ball much.

Aaron Judge walked eight times, as did Spencer Torkelson.

Judge also had four hits, including two homers and a double. He drove in four runs, stole a base and struck out three times. Judge is a top-end fantasy talent, and showed why again last week. It'd take an overpay to get him off my team.

Torkelson had a double among his five hits, along with an RBI and 10 strikeouts. He's owned in 92% of leagues, and is ever so slightly trending up of late. Torkelson could be owned in all leagues if he keeps getting on base like he did over the past week.

Other Hitters Trending Up

Bobby Witt Jr. had a .560 on-base percentage over 25 plate appearances last week. He had eight hits, including a double, and five walks. Witt also had seven runs scored, two RBIs and stolen bases and four strikeouts. He's a top-end fantasy hitter and it would take an overpay to get him off my squad.

Jazz Chisholm Jr. stole six bases last week. He had a triple and homer among his three hits, while also walking six times. Chisholm also had six runs scored, four RBIs and six strikeouts. He's owned in all fantasy leagues and showed off his value with some good all-around numbers last week - he's a sell-high trade candidate.

Francisco Alvarez had a .450 average, but is hitting the injured list now, so that's a blow to the Mets. He had three doubles and three homers among his nine hits, while also tallying nine RBIs, seven runs scored and six strikeouts. Alvarez will be dropped while he's out, and could be let go in most leagues if it's going to be a long-term absence.

Evan Carter had a double and homer among his seven hits, while also walking once. He added four RBIs, three runs scored, a stolen base and a strikeout. Carter is only at 16%, but should be on the rise after looking at his recent numbers.

Ramon Laureano had two doubles and three homers among his nine total hits, while also posting two walks, four RBIs, seven runs scored, a stolen base and four strikeouts. Laureano is trending up and is rostered in 79% of leagues - I think he's worth adding for the stretch run.

Joey Ortiz is another guy who had a .409 batting average last week, collecting two doubles among his nine knocks. He also had seven runs scored, three RBIs and a walk, while not striking out. Ortiz is trending up and is now rostered in 35% of leagues - he'd be higher if he wasn't at a loaded shortstop position.
