Tuesday Fantasy Baseball SP Streamer Rankings: Burke and Cabrera Lead the Way
Four starting pitchers with good matchups on Tuesday who are widely available in fantasy leagues.
One week from today will be the last day of June. That will mark about halfway through 2026 and halfway through the MLB season; football will be here before we know it, which leads quickly into the holiday season and the new year. I'm looking ahead too much with those statements, but time generally moves a lot faster than we expect, particularly when the summer ends.
Moving to fantasy baseball, let's look at four starting pitchers in action on Tuesday who are widely available in fantasy leagues and have good matchups. Most stats are from MLB.com, as are the probable starters. The full streamer rankings are listed at the bottom.

Sean Burke, Chicago White Sox vs. Cleveland Guardians
Burke had a good rookie season last year, and he has improved in essentially every area, including allowing hits, runs, and home runs less often and holding a better walk rate (average) and strikeout rate (above average). He is also coming off a fantastic outing against the Yankees when he came in after an opener and threw 7 1/3 innings to finish the game, allowing just five hits, one run, and one walk with eight strikeouts.
Cleveland sits in the bottom five in runs, hits, batting average, slugging percentage, and OPS; they are just above that lowly group in home runs. The Guardians don't set a high ceiling for opposing pitchers because they draw walks and only sit in the middle in strikeouts, but they also present a nice floor because they don't do anything especially well and don't score many runs.
Burke is a mid-level streamer. The matchup is a good one, and Burke has shown strong work in his second full season. He's worth a look as a keeper if you're in a deep league.
Edward Cabrera, Chicago Cubs @ New York Mets
The Mets are another team peppering the bottom five in offensive box stats, sitting in that group in runs, hits, doubles, walks, batting average, on-base percentage, slugging percentage, and OPS. They are only in the middle in batter strikeouts, not setting the highest ceiling, but there's not a much better team to face right now than New York.
While Cabrera has sustained the average walk rate that he posted last season (after being far worse than average previously), his strikeout rate has dropped from well above average to simply an average level. Most worryingly, he has been hit harder than any other season, allowing more than a hit per inning and a home run every 4.8 innings versus his career rate of one every 6.8 innings (which is close to average). There's still a valuable fantasy player here when everything is right, but Cabrera's ownership has dropped precipitously to the point where he fits on our streaming list.
Cabrera is a mid-level streamer. The matchup is right, and his strikeout work is still there, so there's hope for a good outing in this one. It's worth remembering that there's still risk involved given some of his struggles this season, though.
Kyle Leahy, St. Louis Cardinals vs. Arizona Diamondbacks
Leahy is a below-average strikeout pitcher, and he has given up 84 hits in 70 innings this season after previously allowing fewer than one hit per inning. He always does well with walks and limiting home runs, but Leahy has by far the worst ERA and WHIP of his career, though the past two seasons he was essentially only pitching out of the bullpen, which is easier than starting.
The Diamondbacks are closer to the middle in some areas but still a below-average offense overall. Those numbers fall even more when looking at their away games, as Arizona ranks in the bottom five in runs, hits, home runs, slugging percentage, and OPS when playing away from Chase Field, one of the best hitter's parks in baseball. This one takes place in St. Louis, giving the pitchers a little fantasy boost.
Leahy is a low-to-mid-level streamer. The matchup is good, and Leahy has been fine, but he has a lower ceiling due to the lack of Ks, and batters have been able to find success when making contact against him.
Zack Littell, Washington Nationals vs. Philadelphia Phillies
Philadelphia had a few better games recently, including going off for 15 runs on Saturday, but they still rank in the bottom 10 or very close to it in most offensive box stats, hitting home runs but not showing much else consistently. They also strike out at a top-10 rate, setting a nice ceiling for opposing pitchers on the right days. We'll keep expecting them to right the ship given some of the names in their lineup, but the Phillies have shown to be a below-average offense all season.
Littell is always good with walks, but he is a below-average strikeout pitcher who is having his worst K season by strikeout percentage (13.1% versus his career rate of 19% and league average around 22%). He has also given up more than a hit per inning and a home run every 3.6 innings, a horrendous rate. Along with his 5.45 ERA, Littell has also allowed seven unearned runs, showing real issues with letting runners cross the plate.
Littell is a low-level streamer. His performance hasn't been good enough this season to really trust, and while the matchup is good, Philadelphia also has breakout potential that many of our other targets don't possess.
