Let's continue looking over top-100 MLB prospects by checking in on left-handed pitchers.

We just went over right-handed pitchers, and will cover more positions in the days to come. Also be sure to check out the MLB top-100 prospect story I did back on Saturday, which hit on the top-10 prospects, the teams with the most top-100 prospects and some other notes.

Keep checking back in the days to come for even more prospect coverage. FantasySP's fantasy baseball coverage will also increase as we inch closer and closer to the start of the 2026 MLB regular season.

Top-10 Lefties

Miami's Thomas White, Boston's Payton Tolle, Seattle's Kade Anderson, St. Louis' Liam Doyle, Miami's Robby Snelling, Athletics' Jamie Arnold, Chicago White Sox' Noah Schultz, Boston's Connelly Early, Athletics Gage Jump and Atlanta's Cam Caminiti are the top-10 left-handed pitchers to kick off 2026.

White is a 21-year-old who is expected to debut in 2026. He was drafted 35th overall in the 2023 MLB Draft.

In parts of three minor league years, he has a 2.65 earned run average over 190 innings. He should be able to help out the Marlins at some point in 2026, at which point he will have fantasy value in all leagues. Right now, he's most valuable in dynasty leagues.

Tolle was a second-round pick in 2024 and made it to the big leagues in 2025. The 23-year-old should get back to the bigs at some point in 2026.

He had a 6.06 ERA over 16 1/3 MLB innings in 2025, so he might need to iron out some things in the minor leagues yet. Really, he just needs a rotation spot to open, as Boston's rotation is stacked.

Anderson is 21 years old and has a 2027 ETA. He's yet to pitch in the minor leagues and was the No. 3 pick in last summer's draft.

Anderson could be a quick riser given his age. Seattle has churned out the pitching prospects over the years, and Anderson could be the next in line, so keep an eye on him for potential fantasy stardom down the line.

Doyle is 21 years old and has a 2027 ETA. He was the No. 5 pick in last summer's draft.

He got in just 3 2/3 innings of minor league pitching. Doyle struck out six and had a 2.45 ERA. Doyle could be a quick riser, but his 2027 ETA seems pretty dead on.

Snelling is 22 years old and was the 39th overall pick in 2022. He is expected to be called up for the first time in 2026.

In three years of minor league ball, Snelling has a 3.17 ERA over 355 innings. Like White, Snelling should be part of the Marlins' rotation sooner rather than later. Depending on when he gets a spot in the rotation will determine exactly how much fantasy appeal he has.

Arnold is 21 years old and was the No. 11 pick last summer. He has a 2027 ETA.

He has yet to pitch in a minor league game. He too could be a quick riser, especially looking at his organization, so keep tabs on him, and roster him in a lot of dynasty leagues.

Schultz is another pitcher ready to debut in 2026. He's 22 years old and was the No. 26 pick back in 2022.

Schultz struggled a bit last season over 73 innings, but still owns a 3.06 ERA over 188 1/3 minor league frames overall. He's got a chance to make the big league team out of spring training, and if that happens, he'll be a fantasy asset in all leagues.

Early was great after his MLB debut last season. He's 23 years old and was a fifth-round pick in 2023.

Early had a 2.33 ERA over 19 1/3 big league innings in 2025. He might not make the team out of spring training after some offseason acquisitions though. He's one to keep an eye on as the season nears.

Jump was the No. 73 pick in 2024, and he's expected to debut in the big leagues in 2026. He's 22 years old now.

Jump pitched 112 2/3 innings in 2025, and he had a 3.28 ERA. He topped out at Double-A, so it could be a bit before the Athletics call him up, but he's got the stuff to deliver for fantasy owners right away.

Caminiti is 19 years old and was the No. 24 pick back in 2024. He has a 2027 ETA. He has 73 minor league innings under his belt, posting a 3.08 ERA so far. I like his long-term outlook, but a 2026 call-up seems pretty far-fetched at this point.

Other Top-100 Ranked LHPs

Caminiti is ranked 68th overall in the new top 100, and there's five other left-handed pitchers who still made the cut, so let's discuss them here.

Chicago's Hagen Smith, San Diego's Kruz Schoolcraft, Seattle's Jurrangelo Cijntje, Cleveland's Parker Messick and Pittsburgh's Hunter Barco are other top-100 left-handed hurlers.

Smith is another pitcher expected to debut in 2026. He's 22 years old and was the No. 5 pick in 2024.

Smith has a 3.56 ERA over 83 1/3 minor league innings. It appears that he needs a little more minor league seasoning, but pitching for Chicago, Smith could be in the big leagues before you know it.

Schoolcraft is just 18 years old and already has some minor league experience after being drafted 25th overall last summer. He has a 2029 ETA.

He pitched just 1 2/3 innings, striking out four along the way. We'll see if Schoolcraft can become a quick riser, and really rise in the rankings, or if he eventually slips out of them.

Cijntje is creating plenty of buzz as a switch-pitcher. He is 22 years old and is expected to debut sometime in 2026 after just being drafted in 2024.

Across two levels last year, he had a 3.99 ERA over 108 1/3 innings. Cijntje definitely is an intriguing prospect, and will be heavily added in fantasy leagues when he gets called up, so be ready for that.

Messick made his MLB debut in 2025, posting a 2.72 ERA over 39 2/3 innings over seven starts. He had a 3.33 ERA in the minor leagues over 354 innings. Messick was a second-round pick back in 2022.

Messick is 25 years old and should battle for a rotation spot in spring training. He will be a sneaky-good fantasy asset if he's able to earn a rotation spot, but will have good upside for whenever he gets called back up to the big leagues.

Barco got in two big league games last season, not allowing a run over three innings. He had a 3.04 ERA over 183 2/3 minor league innings before getting called up.

Barco is another 25-year-old. He was a second-round pick in 2022. He will battle for a rotation spot to kick off the season. Barco is probably a better deep-league asset to start if he cracks the rotation, but of course could become a standard league threat with good major league results.
