JSN is my top receiver again for Week 9. He gets a slightly above-average matchup against the Cardinals.
Smith-Njigba can be trusted against anyone, and I think he delivers big despite Drew Lock starting at QB for Seattle.

2. Puka Nacua
Nacua has a similar above-average matchup, but against Washington.
He's the clear top pass catcher in LA with Davante Adams out with an injury, so keep starting Nacua confidently.
Chase has a slightly below-average matchup coming against the Falcons in Week 9.
I still trust Chase to get the job done, and believe in him even more coming off a monster offensive showing in Week 8.
4. CeeDee Lamb
Lamb has a tough test coming against the Colts, but I'm not very worried about the wideout's outlook.
He's put together three solid-or-better outings in a row, and I think he shows out in a very winnable game for Dallas.
St. Brown is dealing with an injury, so his status at least needs to be monitored.
I expect him to play in Week 9 against Miami, which is a very tough matchup on paper. I still expect St. Brown to shine and deliver a top-five fantasy score.
6. Malik Nabers
Nabers has a super favorable matchup coming against the Eagles, so there's a chance he ends up as WR1 this week.
He's on a heater and is fresh after the team's bye in Week 8, so expect big things out of Nabers in Week 9.
7. Drake London
London has a slightly above-average matchup coming against the Bengals in Week 9.
He really struggled in Week 8, but I think he gets back on track and delivers like the high-end wideout he usually is.
8. Chris Olave
Olave has a tougher test against the Browns this week.
He's slowed a bit the past three weeks, but is still a high-upside fantasy option. I have a lot of confidence in him delivering a top-10 fantasy WR score.
Jefferson has a great matchup coming up against the Bills.
The thing that holds Jefferson back is the QB issues in Minnesota - it sounds like Carson Wentz will start for Kyler Murray. I still have enough trust in Jefferson to fire him up in all leagues, especially in a favorable matchup.
10. Christian Watson
Watson has an above-average matchup coming against the Patriots.
He got hurt in Week 8, but had extra time off, so hopefully he's able to suit up and deliver big, like he has most of the season.
11. Tee Higgins
This is already the second Cincy wideout we've ranked, and that's in a slightly below-average matchup.
He's been stellar the past two weeks, and really for all but two contests this season. Higgins is a must-start player in fantasy leagues until further notice.
12. Nico Collins
Collins gets a slightly below-average test in Week 9 against the Chargers.
It's a winnable game for Houston, and with Collins being the team's WR1, I think he scored enough fantasy points to be worth starting in all leagues.
13. Matthew Golden
The favorable matchup against the Patriots means a second Packers' wideout cracks the top 15.
Golden has struggled with drops, but has still been a high-end fantasy wideout, and I'm going to keep believing in him until he gives me reason not to.
14. Luther Burden
Burden has a rough matchup coming against the Buccaneers.
He's delivered big in three straight games, so I'm going to trust Burden to end up as a top-15 wideout in Week 9.
McMillan also has a tough matchup in Week 9, but against the Broncos.
He's been average-or-worse in three straight games, so this feels like the perfect spot to rank him.
16. Rashee Rice
Rice returned to the field in Week 8 and put up a pretty good fantasy showing.
The Jets are a tougher fantasy test, but as the team's WR1, I still expect big things out of Rice.
17. George Pickens
A hamstring injury clouds things a bit with Pickens, but if he's active, he's got enough upside to start in most leagues.
He's got a below-average matchup, but I like the Cowboys in that contest, and I think Pickens delivers enough for a top-20 finish.
Washington has a favorable matchup coming on Thursday night against Baltimore.
He's coming off a poor showing, but the matchup says he can bounce back, so I'd try Washington in most leagues in Week 9.
19. Zay Flowers
In the same Thursday contest, Flowers has a pretty favorable matchup coming against the Jaguars.
Unfortunately, the Ravens are starting Joe Fagnano at quarterback, and I don't trust him, or many Baltimore offensive players. Tread carefully with Flowers, and maybe even bench him in some standard leagues if you can.
20. D.J. Moore
Moore has a very tough test in Week 9 against Minnesota.
He's been good when healthy this season, so if he's playing this week, I'd have no problems starting Moore in most leagues.
21. Stefon Diggs
Diggs has a touchdown grab in two straight games, and his upside should remain high with Terry McLaurin no longer around.
The Rams are a tough matchup on paper for him, but in a game that Washington might need to throw a lot in to keep up with the Rams, I think that bodes well for Diggs and his fantasy outlook.
22. Jalen Coker
We'll try a second Carolina wideout here despite the below-average matchup against the Broncos.
He's underwhelmed the past two weeks, but a TD grab saved him in Week 8. Coker is still a decent enough option to try in a flex spot, or on teams lacking must-start wideouts.
23. Emeka Egbuka
Egbuka's status still needs to be monitored, as he's yet to return to the field.
If he's active in Week 9, he gets an average test against the Bears. That's enough to have Egbuka at No. 23 in this week's rankings.
24. Ladd McConkey
McConkey gets a stellar fantasy matchup against Houston in Week 9.
He was the lone bright spot for the Chargers in Week 8, and it gives me enough faith in him to try him at No. 24 this week.
25. Michael Wilson
Wilson is another wideout dealing with an injury, so be watching his status.
Seattle is a brutal fantasy test for him anyways, so that might lead to most fantasy owners benching him. Coming off a big game though, I'd consider him a flex-level option, and definitely be starting him in deeper leagues if he's active.
26. Garrett Wilson
Wilson is in the concussion protocol, so he might miss Week 9. Omar Cooper and/or Adonai Mitchell could both factor in more if Wilson is out this week.
The Chiefs are a brutal matchup, so Wilson wouldn't rank much higher even if he was fully healthy. He's a better flex-level starting option in standard leagues, and a much more confident deep-league asset in Week 9.
27. Denzel Boston
Boston has a calf injury that you'll need to keep tabs on.
He'll have a slightly below-average test against the Saints if he suits up. I like his target numbers of late, and that lands him a top-30 spot in my rankings.
28. Jordan Addison
Addison got going a bit in Week 8, so I'm hesitantly ranking him 28th for Week 9.
A very favorable matchup against the Bills helps his outlook plenty too, so he could be a sneaky-good fantasy performer by the end of the week
29. Keenan Allen
He is maybe the top pass-catching option on a bad Colts' offense right now, but that's enough to give him a top-30 ranking.
Throw in a really good matchup against the Cowboys and Allen is a pretty solid fantasy option for Week 9. Consider him in deeper leagues for sure, and also some flex-level starting spots.
30. Malik Washington
Washington has a stellar matchup coming in Week 9 against the Lions.
He's coming off his best fantasy showing of the season, so I have a little more faith in Washington. Consider him in more leagues this week.
