Free Agent Status and Legal Clearance Keep Veteran Wideout in the Fantasy Spotlight
After being cleared of any NFL discipline following a not-guilty verdict in his off-field legal case, Stefon Diggs is free to sign with a new franchise. The veteran wide receiver spent 2025 with New England, quietly posting a productive 87-reception, 1,033-yard campaign over 18 games.
Currently a free agent at 32 years old, Diggs has expressed open interest in joining his hometown Washington Commanders. While the Patriots have indicated they are unlikely to bring him back, our models suggest he still possesses WR2 viability once he finds a landing spot.
