Chig Okonkwo vs NYG — Finding His Footing in a Shorthanded Passing Attack

Okonkwo is fully healthy and atop the depth chart after missing two games with a hamstring issue. Head coach Dan Quinn expressed optimism that tight end production will rise as Okonkwo settles back into the weekly flow. With wideout Stefon Diggs ruled out, Washington's offense will need complementary targets to step up.

Even with the potential target bump, fantasy managers should view him as a risky play. Our weekly projection expects about 3 receptions for 27 yards (6.7 fantasy points). Coming off a quiet two-catch, five-yard effort and rostered in just 6% of leagues, he is best left on fantasy benches until his role expands.
