Year-Two Breakout beckons as Tampa Bay's premier perimeter threat
Under new offensive coordinator Zac Robinson, Emeka Egbuka is set to operate as the Buccaneers' primary Z receiver. Listed atop the depth chart alongside Chris Godwin Jr., Egbuka has drawn rave reviews in offseason practices. Our models project him to lead the outside passing game, converting his raw talent into immediate year-two output.
Following an impressive 2025 rookie season where he secured 66 receptions for 970 yards and six touchdowns, Egbuka heads into 2026 with an established workload. We project him to log 64 receptions for 982 yards and six touchdowns on 110 targets as Baker Mayfield's key outside target.
Egbuka's ADP has stabilized around 44.00 after peaking near 27.00 in early June. At this price point in 1.0 PPR formats, our projections view his shifting price as a massive value opportunity. Egbuka offers reliable WR2 stability with immense breakout potential.
