We just took a look at fantasy baseball hitters on the rise over the past week and are now going to focus on fantasy hitters trending down.

We will keep the focus on notable fantasy assets. These stats cover June 10-16.

Fewest Hits

Among qualified hitters, Atlanta's Ozzie Albies, Pittsburgh's Bryan Reynolds, Detroit's Parker Meadows and Chicago Cubs' Matt Shaw all finished with just one hit.

Albies had an RBI, but no walks or runs scored over the past seven days. He had 10 strikeouts as well. Albies is starting to trend down as a fantasy asset, and is rostered in 95% of leagues - I'd look to trade him before outright dropping him.

Reynolds had no RBIs last week along with his one hit. He scored once, walked twice and struck out seven times. Reynolds is back in a funk at the plate and is being dropped again. He's rostered in 81% of leagues and probably shouldn't be that high looking at his season marks.

Meadows has struggled since being activated from the injured list. He was nearing 40% rostered but is at just 20% now. Meadows had a run scored, three RBIs, no walks and seven punchouts last week.

Shaw had no RBIs or runs scored, one walk and six strikeouts last week. He took a step back after getting into a pretty solid groove after being promoted to the big leagues again. Shaw, who is owned in 48% of leagues, just hasn't put it all together at the big league level yet this season.

Fewest Runs Scored

Pittsburgh's Isiah Kiner-Falefa, Chicago White Sox's Andrew Benintendi, Boston's Ceddanne Rafaela, San Francisco's Tyler Fitzgerald, New York Yankees' Ben Rice and St. Louis' Victor Scott II all failed to score a run last week.

Kiner-Falefa had two hits and a walk last week, along with an RBI and three strikeouts. He's rostered in just 14% of leagues right now, and that was after he was red hot before this past week.

Benintendi is rostered in just 5% of leagues after more struggles at the plate. He had three hits and a walk over the past week, along with no RBIs and four strikeouts. Benintendi is one of the few recognizable names on the White Sox, but he's only a fantasy asset in the deepest of leagues right now, and he's unstartable for now.

Rafaela is down to 55% rostered after his slow week. He had five hits, but just one RBI, no walks, a stolen base and six punchouts. Rafaela is a deep-league option with standard league streaming upside when he's going well at the plate - now is not one of those times.

Fitzgerald is still trending down and is now rostered in just 13% of leagues overall. He had three hits and two walks last week, along with a stolen base, RBI and four strikeouts. Fitzgerald had been in a funk at the plate for a while now, and along with not being startable in most leagues, he's also being dropped in them too.

Rice is way down to 46% rostered after sitting near 75% a month ago. He had three hits and one walk last week, along with one RBI, a stolen base and four punchouts. Rice's big start to the season is a thing of the past, and he's just a deep-league option right now, and probably one who shouldn't be starting until his bat heats up.

Scott had five hits, three RBIs and two walks and stolen bases last week, so he was still productive despite not scoring a run. He did strike out seven times though. Scott can be better for fantasy owners, but until that happens, his 27% own mark is probably going to stick.

No RBIs

Among the qualified hitters with no RBIs last week, here are some notable names: Freddie Freeman, Francisco Lindor, Maikel Garcia, Masyn Winn, Christian Encarnacion-Strand, Zach Neto and Jackson Holliday.

Freeman had four hits and four walks, but also only scored once - he also struck out five times. It's rare to see Freeman have down weeks, but it makes it a time to buy a bit lower on him. It'll still cost an arm and a leg to acquire the veteran star.

Lindor had five knocks and four walks last week, and he also scored five times, so he was still a productive fantasy asset. He struck out four times. Lindor showed why he can still be a good fantasy asset even in a down week, which is why he's considered such a big-time fantasy asset.

Garcia posted six hits and a walk last week, but only went on to score once. He had two stolen bases and just two strikeouts, so it was overall a pretty positive week still for him. Garcia has been a fantasy surprise this season, but some regression is coming still. He's still a sell-high candidate, but if you believe in him remaining a fantasy force, now is also maybe a time to buy him for a more reasonable price.

Winn had three hits and no walks, while also striking out four times and scoring three runs. He's trending down and is owned in just 56% of leagues right now. Winn still has solid season-long numbers, but is probably best rostered and utilized in deeper leagues for now.

Encarnacion-Strand was a huge waiver wire add at the beginning of last week, but came crashing back to earth in the several games that followed. He had two hits and no walks over the past seven days, along with two runs scored and six punchouts. Encarnacion-Strand was always a better deep-league asset, and I'm glad he topped out at 47%, because otherwise he would have been a wasted waiver add in standard leagues.

Neto is rostered in 78% of leagues, which has been about what he's been at since about May 22. He had six hits, three walks, four runs scored, a stolen base and five strikeouts last week, so he still was a positive fantasy asset. Neto is still underrated in my eyes, but so-so weeks like this past one won't help his own percentage go up.

Holliday finished with five hits and one walk last week, along with four runs scored, two stolen bases and seven punchouts. He's owned in 75% of leagues and slightly trending down now. Holliday needs more consistency in his numbers to get closer to 100%.

Other Hitters Trending Down

New York Yankees' Aaron Judge struck out a league-high 14 times last week. He posted five hits (including three homers) and had five RBIs, three runs scored and walks and a stolen base, so he wasn't completely useless. Judge doesn't have many down weeks, so I'd expect some monster numbers from him over the next seven days.

Colorado's Ryan McMahon struck out 13 times over the past seven days. He had six hits (including three homers) and five runs scored, walks and RBIs, so he's actually on the rise as a fantasy asset. McMahon is having a rough season overall, and is just at 31% rostered.

Milwaukee's Rhys Hoskins had a .091 average over 22 at-bats. He had two hits and was plunked by a pitch last week. Hoskins had two runs scored, an RBI, no walks and nine strikeouts as well. Hoskins has cooled off considerably and is down to 38% rostered now - that'll turn around once his bat heats back up.

Minnesota's Matt Wallner hit .095 last week, with two hits and no walks over 21 plate appearances. He had two runs scored and an RBI, along with six strikeouts. Wallner is trending down again and is rostered in just 21% of leagues now.
