Erik Sabrowski provides dominant late-inning relief during Guardians' seven-game win streak

Sabrowski has been virtually unhittable lately, tossing six scoreless innings with 10 strikeouts, zero walks, and a minuscule 0.33 WHIP over his last 14 days. Operating as a trusted late-inning setup option, he has already captured a win and a save earlier this week. His lockdown relief work has provided critical stability for the second-place Guardians (68-66) during their active seven-game winning streak.

While his 3.82 season ERA and prior walk issues show why regression will eventually creep in, his staggering 19.1 strikeouts per nine innings highlights elite swing-and-miss stuff. With zero walks across his last six outings, Sabrowski is maximizing his lethal pitch arsenal and cementing his value as a premier holds option, having already recorded 23 holds on the campaign.

Following a sweep in Anaheim, Cleveland heads home for a three-game weekend series against the Royals.
