Welcome to Week 13's fantasy football wide receiver waiver wire breakdown! Thanksgiving is in just a few days, the fantasy playoffs are just around the corner, and there are a lot of interesting WR options this week.
With all that in mind, who has time for a long intro? Not me — let's get started.

Wan'Dale Robinson, New York Giants (63.2% Rostered)
If you've read any of these articles this season, you've probably heard me wax poetic about Robinson's target shares — he has literally appeared in all but a couple of these weekly articles. I left him off last week, and he promptly exploded for 26.1 half-PPR points and a WR2 overall finish (pending MNF).
At this point, I don't have anything new to say about Robinson. He is the WR23 in half-PPR points per game and still available in over a third of leagues. Hopefully, this big game was finally enough to change that, and I don't have to feature him again next week.
Darnell Mooney, Atlanta Falcons (62.8% Rostered)
This was Mooney's second chance to step up as the Falcons' WR1 this season. In Week 8, with Drake London sidelined and Kirk Cousins under center, he dropped an absolute dud, catching one of four targets for 11 yards.
This week, with London out again and Cousins once again filling in for the also-injured Michael Penix Jr., Mooney actually delivered. He only saw three targets (a 13% share), but he caught all three for 74 yards, a touchdown, and 14.9 half-PPR points. He also easily led Atlanta's WRs with a healthy 85% route participation rate.
The low target total means Mooney is definitely capable of dropping some more duds, even with London out. But as long as the team's usual WR1 is sidelined, the job is clearly his. That makes him playable as a flex option and worth targeting if he's still available in your league.
Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers (34.1% Rostered)
Don't look now, but Watson has led the Packers' offense in routes for two straight weeks. He posted a 79% mark in Week 11, then followed it up with an even better 88% this week.
His fantasy numbers were better last week (18.6 half-PPR points) than this week (7.4), but his underlying usage actually got better. He saw seven targets for an excellent 32% target share and an even better 50% air yards share.
The Packers' WR room is like a game of musical chairs, and those chairs will get more crowded when Jayden Reed and Matthew Golden return. But right now, Watson is doing what very few Green Bay receivers have done in recent years and seeing legit WR1 usage. He is a must-add and a high-upside flex or WR3 option.
Chimere Dike, Tennessee Titans (16.2% Rostered)
Calvin Ridley's season is over. Elic Ayomanor is dealing with a hamstring injury. Tyler Lockett is the Raiders' WR2 (lol). Dike and Van Jefferson are the last receivers left standing in Tennessee, and the rookie is stepping up.
On Sunday, Dike led the Titans' offense in route participation rate (86%), targets (seven/17%), and air yards (53/33%). He caught five of those seven looks for 44 yards and a touchdown. Add in a sick 90-yard punt return TD, and we have an excellent 18.9-point game.
Dike has now scored at least 12.9 points in three of his last five outings (three of four without Ridley available). It's also encouraging that Cameron Ward looked competent against an excellent Seattle defense on Sunday. If these two rookies can build on their connection to close out the season, both fantasy investors and Titans fans will be happy.
John Metchie III, New York Jets (1% Rostered)
The Jets appear to have found their (temporary) new WR1 for while Garrett Wilson is sidelined. Metchie, a second-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft for the Texans, is that guy. He led the Jets' offense in route participation (88%) and targets (seven for a 25% share) on Sunday.
Metchie caught six of those targets for 65 yards and a TD, good for 15.5 half-PPR points on the day. We can't expect that level of production every week, but I do think expectations for this whole New York offense are better with Tyrod Taylor under center. That makes Metchie worth considering as the team's top target.
Adonai Mitchell, New York Jets (4.1% Rostered)
Actually, Metchie isn't the only Jets WR who deserves mention. Another recent second-round pick, Mitchell, is showing encouraging signs.
Mitchell, who joined the Jets' roster just a few weeks ago in the Sauce Gardner trade, was right behind Metchie with a 77% route participation rate on Sunday. He also tied for the lead with seven targets of his own, and a massive 26-yard ADOT meant he posted an absurd 69% air yards share.
Even during his time with the Colts, Mitchell has had a habit of showing up near the top of certain advanced metrics, racking up separation and deep targets when he is on the field. However, he also has a habit of failing to convert on his opportunities and/or earn snaps to flash his talent. Even this week, he caught just two of his seven targets for 42 scoreless yards (to be fair, they were his only two targets graded as catchable by Fantasy Points Data).
Still, in theory, Mitchell's upside is massive. He's young, talented, and has very little competition for targets. If you need a flex right now, Metchie is the better option. But if you want to swing for the upside if it all comes together, Mitchell is someone to consider stashing.
Andrei Iosivas, Cincinnati Bengals (22.3% Rostered)
With Ja'Marr Chase suspended, Iosivas saw his role expand in the Bengals' offense on Sunday. He set a season high with an 18% target share, catching four of seven looks for 61 yards and a respectable 8.6 fantasy points.
Heading into Week 13, Chase will be back from his one-game absence, but the Bengals' other star WR, Tee Higgins, has already been ruled out with a concussion. Especially with Joe Burrow likely to return for the Bengals' Thanksgiving matchup with the Ravens, this gives Iosivas some appeal as a deep-league streamer.
