Darnell Mooney | Fantasy Outlook

Darnell Mooney vs ARI — Low Target Share Caps Fantasy Value

Mooney continues to operate as a starting receiver in the Giants' offense alongside Malik Nabers, with Jameis Winston under center following Jaxson Dart's knee injury. However, volume has remained sparse for Mooney, who has hauled in just six receptions on eight targets for 95 yards across three games this season, including a missed connection with Winston late in last week's contest.

Our weekly projection forecasts Mooney for roughly 1.7 catches and 26 receiving yards against the Cardinals, yielding 4.8 fantasy points. With an ownership rate hovering near 3% and virtually zero active starts, he remains strictly a bench stash in typical leagues and is difficult to trust outside of extremely deep formats until his target share increases.
