These are all the injuries you need to know about as we head into Week 13.

Quarterbacks

Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers (Shoulder)

After missing Week 12, Purdy is once again questionable for Week 13, but looks to be trending in the right direction. His return would be a huge upgrade for everyone on the Niners' offense.

Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars (Shoulder)

Following the Jags bye week, Lawrence looks set to return to action on Sunday despite recently stating that in-season surgery is still on the table. He is an upgrade for everyone in the offense, but the offense is still one to avoid if at all possible.

Bo Nix, Denver Broncos (Back)

Nix is good to go for Week 13 and the only reason he hasn't been fully removed from the injury yet is likely because the Broncos play on Monday Night Football this week.

Running Back

Breece Hall, New York Jets (Knee)

After popping up on the injury report with a knee injury that he apparently suffered in Week 11 prior to the team's bye week. He claims that he is fine and will be out there on Sunday. Braelon Allen could see a minor uptick in volume if Hall is at all limited.

Tyjae Spears, Tennessee Titans (Concussion)

Spears is yet to practice this week due to a concussion and is unlikely to clear the protocol in time to play this week. This will lead to Tony Pollard once again having the backfield in Tennessee all to himself.

Austin Ekeler, Washington Commanders (Concussion)

Ekeler has been ruled out and will not play in Week 13 due to a concussion. However, Brian Robinson Jr. has surprisingly been removed from the injury report completely and will play this week. It was fun while it lasted this week, but the Jeremy McNichols experience is over before it actually gets started.

Wide Receivers

Drake London, Atlanta Falcons (Hip)

London popped up on the injury report Thursday, but is now good to go for Week 13. His teammate Darnell Mooney is also expected to play despite being listed on the injury report with a hamstring injury.

Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts (Shoulder)

Downs will be sidelined for Week 13 and will likely miss additional time beyond this week due to his shoulder injury. This should lead to a significant boost in targets for Michael Pittman Jr. and return him to his true WR1 role for the time being.

Cedric Tillman, Cleveland Browns (Concussion)

Tillman is yet to clear the league's concussion protocol or even show steps in the right direction this week. He will likely be ruled out for Monday Night Football at any moment. That would mean more targets heading in Jerry Jeudy's direction.

DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles (Hamstring)

Smith is shaping up to be a true game-time decision after returning for limited practices on Thursday and Friday. A late starting time for his game on Sunday could cause problems for fantasy owners waiting on his status for Week 13. If he is once again sidelined, it would be a boost for tight end Dallas Goedert. Him being active would be good news for quarterback Jalen Hurts

DeMario Douglas, New England Patriots (Ankle)

Douglas is officially listed as questionable for Week 13, but is expected to be out there on Sunday.

Keon Coleman, Buffalo Bills (Wrist)

There is a chance that Coleman returns in Week 13, however, he is far from a lock to be out there. Either way, he does appear to be nearing a return soon. His absence would be a boost for wideouts Khalil Shakir, Amari Cooper, and Curtis Samuel

Jalen Coker, Carolina Panthers (Quad)

Coker has been ruled out for Week 13 with a quad injury, which should clear up the wide receiver pecking order in Carolina at least a little bit this week. Adam Thielen and Xavier Legette should lead the way in targets, routes, and production this week.

Tight Ends

Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills (Knee)

Kincaid has once again been ruled out with a knee injury. Dawson Knox will serve as the TE1 in his absence.

Tyler Higbee, Los Angeles Rams (Knee)

Higbee will not make his season debut this week and has been ruled out for Week 13. Colby Parkinson and Davis Allen will once again serve as an undesirable duo at tight end for the Rams.

Josh Oliver Minnesota Vikings (Wrist/Ankle)

Oliver has again been ruled out this week, leaving T.J. Hockenson to an even larger role at tight end in Week 13.

Ja'Tavion Sanders, Carolina Panthers (Neck)

Sanders has officially been ruled out for Week 13 after a scary neck injury last week. He'll probably miss a few weeks.
