Khalil Shakir | Fantasy Outlook

Khalil Shakir at Las Vegas — Elevated Slot Role in a Projected Shootout

Shakir continues to create explosive plays out of the slot, highlighted by his 52-yard overtime catch against the Rams where he reached top ball-carrier speed this year. With starting wideout D.J. Moore ruled out for Week 6, Shakir steps into an expanded target funnel from Josh Allen.

He has caught 10 of 11 targets over his last two games, and his start rate has climbed to 27%. In a fast-paced dome matchup with a 53.5 over/under, our projections slate him for roughly 4 receptions and 54 yards (10.5 fantasy points), making him a solid flex option with plenty of after-the-catch upside.
