Roman Wilson | Fantasy Outlook

Roman Wilson Lands on Injured Reserve Ahead of Week 6 Matchup in Tampa Bay

The Steelers officially placed Roman Wilson on injured reserve with a finger injury, sidelining him for at least four weeks. Before the injury, he emerged as an efficient weapon with 14 receptions for 188 yards and two touchdowns across five games. His absence leaves Pittsburgh thin at receiver with Michael Pittman also sidelined.

Our models project Wilson for zero points this week, making him an obvious bench across all leagues. While his roster rate has tumbled down to 19%, he remains an appealing IR stash in deep leagues given his scoring role prior to getting hurt. Be sure to check back often for updates on his recovery timetable.
