Bulkier Braelon Allen Prepares for Expanded Role in Jets Committee

Operating behind starter Breece Hall on the depth chart, Allen is poised to handle a key complementary role in the Jets' backfield. New York coaching comments suggest a 'three-headed monster' approach alongside Isaiah Davis, with plans to expand Allen's involvement in the passing game.

The young running back turned heads this offseason by bulking up to a muscular 250 pounds while lowering his body fat. Now fully healthy after an injury-shortened sophomore campaign, Allen's size and improved speed offer the offense a powerful short-yardage and goal-line option.

His ADP has steadily climbed from the 190s to 186 over the past month. In PPR leagues, our models project him for 85.0 fantasy points on 96 carries and 13 receptions, making him an excellent, low-cost bench stash who provides immense contingency value.
