First-Round Rookie Poised to Seize Major Slot Role in Explosive Offense

Selected 20th overall, rookie wide receiver Makai Lemon is already listed atop Philadelphia's slot receiver depth chart ahead of veteran Hollywood Brown. He joins a potent offense featuring DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert. Our projections expect Lemon to command a solid share of targets, forecasting 56 receptions, 751 yards, and four touchdowns.

He faced a minor scare in early June when a hamstring injury caused him to miss some practice time. However, the rookie was back working out and drawing rave reviews by mid-June, alleviating long-term durability concerns. This quick recovery bodes well for his ability to hit the ground running in training camp.

Lemon's ADP in 1.0 PPR formats has settled in the early-80s after briefly surging into the mid-40s in early June. At this cost, our models view him as an outstanding draft-day value. If his high roster percentage translates to early-season trust, he could quickly become a weekly fantasy starter.
