Curtis Mead - Washington Nationals
Mead is only rostered in about 4% of fantasy baseball leagues right now. He's rising of late though.
Mead has five hits over his past three games. He homered twice in his last game, and added another homer three games ago. Mead has three runs scored, four RBIs, no walks and two strikeouts over that three-game span.
He has played in 40 games so far this season, getting 136 plate appearances. Mead has a .241 average, but a .353 on-base percentage.
Mead has seven home runs and eight doubles among his 28 total knocks. He also has 20 RBIs, 22 runs scored, three stolen bases, 18 walks and 21 strikeouts.

He has primarily played first base this season, but also has appearances as the team's second and third baseman, and has served as the designated hitter a couple times too. With Mead hitting more of late, expect Washington to find ways to keep him in the lineup daily.
I like adding Mead in deep leagues only, and really deep leagues at that. He's on the rise, so he's worth watching, but he needs to string together a couple really big weeks to get into most deeper leagues even, and we are a few big weeks away from talking about adding him in any standard leagues. We'll see if Mead can keep trending up.
Brooks Lee - Minnesota Twins
Lee is up to 36% owned now. He was at 26% back on May 5, before rising to nearly 60% by May 14. After falling below 35%, he's back on the rise now.
Lee has five hits over his past three games as well. He has two doubles and a home run, plus three RBIs, two runs scored, a walk and just one strikeout.
He's been an up-and-down hitter over the course of this season. Lee has played in 50 games, logging 196 plate appearances, and he has a .256 average and .313 OBP so far.
Lee has eight doubles, six home runs and a triple among his 46 total knocks so far. He also has 27 RBIs, 23 runs scored, three stolen bases, 13 walks and 36 strikeouts.
Lee has primarily played shortstop this season, but has a few appearances at second base as well, and should already be eligible at 2B from past seasons. That dual-position eligibility is a bonus for his fantasy value.
He's a better deep-league option in the long run, but is worth streaming in some standard leagues when he's red hot at the plate. Right now, add and utilize Lee in deeper leagues, but keep tabs on him for a potential standard league add if he keeps hitting well.
Colt Emerson and Luke Raley - Seattle Mariners
Emerson sits near 42% rostered at the moment, while Raley is at 34%. Raley has more been trending down of late, while Emerson is starting to rise a bit.
Emerson has played in just eight games after recently being called up. He has so-so results so far, with a .250 average, but he also has a .357 OBP over 28 plate appearances.
He has six hits, including three doubles and one home run. Emerson has four RBIs, four runs scored, three walks and six strikeouts as well.
Four of his hits came in a single game, and three of those were doubles. Outside of that, Emerson has been a bit lackluster since being called up.
It's very early in his big league career, and I'm not worried about him in the long run. However, he's just a deep-league fantasy asset right now, but is worth watching in case he ever heats up. Only add and utilize him in deeper leagues until he's a bit more consistent with his production at the plate.
Raley has collected five hits over his past three appearances, with all the hits coming in two games. He has a double and home run among the knocks, plus two RBIs, a run scored, no walks and two strikeouts.
He's played in 49 games this season, getting 150 plate appearances. Raley has a .270 average and .329 OBP, which would be the best marks of his career, and far better than his career averages. He could regress in time, but he's worth utilizing while he's going well at the plate.
He should be eligible at first base and the outfield, which are two stacked fantasy positions. Raley still is worth utilizing in deeper leagues, especially when he's hitting pretty well, like he is now.
Look elsewhere for standard league help, but definitely consider adding and utilizing Raley in some deeper leagues today.
