The final day of the work week is here, which means I have one more fantasy baseball waiver wire/streaming article for you.

Here are the stories from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I will repeat options from those stories if they are trending up today. I won't include any starting pitchers from Friday's streaming article.

Fantasy baseball waiver wire options can be found all season on FantasySP!

Michael McGreevy - St. Louis Cardinals

McGreevy has been added in 2.7% of leagues already today as he gets ready to make another start. He's rostered in 16.78% of leagues overall.

He started his season strong, working six scoreless innings against the Rays. McGreevy didn't allow a hit, while walking two and striking out five. He didn't get the win though.

McGreevy gets a start against the Tigers on Friday afternoon. That's a solid matchup, and one he could deliver big in again.

After what he did in his first start, I like adding/starting McGreevy in deeper leagues. He's a standard league option in a pinch, but I'd like to see some more positive results before firing him up in those leagues.

If McGreevy looks good again today, keep him rostered in deeper leagues, and then look to stream him in standard leagues for his next start.

Liam Hicks - Miami Marlins

Hicks is up 4.95% and sits at 46.85% overall.

Hicks has been stellar to start the 2026 season. Over five games and 19 plate appearances, he has seven hits, including three home runs and one double. Hicks also has 12 RBIs, six runs scored, one walk and one strikeout - he's been hit by two pitches and has added a sacrifice fly.

Those numbers aren't sustainable, but his hot start should help him get in the lineup a bit more going forward. Agustin Ramirez is a young catcher Miami rosters, and he's going to start most days, at catcher or designated hitter. The way Hicks is playing, he and Ramirez could end up splitting those spots most days, especially if they keep producing.

Hicks has been hitting fourth when he's been a starter. That's a great spot for a hitter to be in, and gives him a good fantasy outlook.

Add and utilize Hicks in deeper leagues until his bat cools off. A weekend of more solid results should get Hicks into standard leagues, but he's likely to top out as a deep-league fantasy asset in 2026.

Will Warren - New York Yankees

Warren is owned in 52% of leagues as he gets ready to make another start.

Warren will be making a start against Hicks and that Marlins' lineup on Friday afternoon in the Yankees' home opener. He will be looking to continue a good start to the year.

In his first start against San Francisco, Warren worked 4 1/3 innings, but allowed just one run on five hits and two walks. He struck out three batters and threw 83 pitches.

The Marlins are a pretty solid matchup on paper, despite some decent results to open 2026. I like streaming Warren today, but more so in just deeper leagues after a shorter start his last time out.

He is a standard league possibility, but I'd like to see a start over five innings first. Keep tabs on Warren, and keep him rostered in deeper leagues if he delivers tonight.

Eduardo Rodriguez - Arizona Diamondbacks

Rodriguez has been added in 2.72% of leagues so far today as he gets set for a start. He's rostered in 13.99% of leagues overall.

He will be getting a start against the Braves on Friday night. That's not a very good matchup on paper, but he's still on the rise after a solid first start.

Rodriguez worked five innings against the loaded Dodgers in his first start. He allowed an unearned run on four hits and two walks, while striking out five. Rodriguez only threw 79 pitches.

The Braves are a worse offense than the Dodgers (everyone is), and after how Rodriguez looked in the opener, it makes sense to add him for today's start.

I still don't love the matchup, so I'd only consider Rodriguez in deeper leagues. If he looks good tonight, then he could be worth scooping up permanently in deeper leagues, then working into standard leagues for his starts to come. I just need to see more positive results first.

Konnor Griffin - Pittsburgh Pirates

Griffin has been picked up in 10.91% of fantasy leagues, and he's at 83.45% overall now.

He is on the rise after getting called up to the big leagues for his MLB debut on Friday. Griffin is the No. 1 prospect in the game, so it shouldn't be a surprise to see his own percentage soaring.

I think he needs to be at 100% owned by the time he takes the MLB field on Friday. He's that talented, and could immediately be a top-end fantasy hitter. The only leagues he shouldn't be added in today are ones where waivers run once a week, or something like that.

Griffin doesn't need to immediately be starting in all fantasy leagues, but I'd at least stash him on my rosters. If he takes off like many expect him to, then you have a league-winning player on your roster. Grab him before it's too late.
