Twins' Prospects and Minor Leaguers
Minnesota may have lost Jhoan Duran, but they got a good haul in Eduardo Tait and Mick Abel.
Tait is the Twins' No. 4 prospect, while Abel slots in at No. 6. Tait is No. 56 overall in baseball, while Abel is No. 92.
Tait is 18 years old and has a 2023 ETA after signing with Philly in 2023. He's played in 205 minor league games across three seasons.
Tait has a .288 average and .349 on-base percentage, along with 166 RBIs, 113 runs scored, 63 walks, nine stolen bases and 160 strikeouts. The primary catcher has 52 doubles, 25 homers and five triples among his 217 total hits.
Tait is definitely a prospect to stash in a dynasty league, as is Abel.
The 23-year-old was a first-round pick back in 2020, and made his MLB debut earlier this season. He has a chance to stick with the Twins the rest of the season, so he's a fantasy asset in all league types.
Across six MLB starts this season, Abel is 2-2 with a 5.04 ERA. He has 21 strikeouts and nine walks across 25 innings, while having a .255 average against him.
Abel started his big league career strong before a couple rough starts sent him back to the minor leagues. Again though, Minnesota needs starting rotation help, so Abel will be an option (and fantasy streaming possibility) the rest of the season.
Giants' Prospects and Minor Leaguers
Blade Tidwell and Drew Gilbert were the return for Tyler Rogers. Tidwell is the Giants' No. 12 prospect, while Gilbert is No. 13.
Tidwell is 24 years old and has made two starts over four MLB appearances this season. He is 1-1 with a 9.00 ERA over 15 innings, while striking out 10 and walking 10 - he has a .348 average against him.
Tidwell's ERA across 326 2/3 minor league innings is 4.13. He has 372 punchouts, 166 walks and a .224 average against him, so San Fran will be hoping a change of scenery helps him to better MLB success.
Gilbert is 24 years old and is expected to debut this season yet. Over 276 minor league games, he has a .259 average and .358 OBP, along with 151 RBIs, 162 runs scored, 136 walks, 25 stolen bases and 216 strikeouts.
Gilbert is in Triple-A, but should get a big league chance soon - if not right after the deadline, then by September call ups.
Pirates' Prospects and Minor Leaguers
Jeter Martinez was the return for Caleb Ferguson. He's the Pirates' No. 21 prospect now.
Martinez is 19 years old and pitching in High-A. He has a 2028 ETA.

Sammy Stafura was part of the return for Ke'Bryan Hayes. Stafura is the team's No. 7 prospect.
The 20-year-old was in Single-A and has a 2027 ETA. He's got a .254 average and .379 OBP over 192 career minor league games.

Cardinals' Prospects and Minor Leaguers
Jesus Baez, Frank Elissalt and Nate Dohm were the return for Ryan Helsley.
Baez is the Cardinals' No. 6 prospect now. The 20-year-old infielder has a 2027 ETA.
Baez has a .243 average and .332 OBP across his first 242 minor league games, so maybe a change of scenery can help him unlock his potential. He has 46 doubles, 30 homers and two triples among his 215 hits, along with having 143 runs scored, 136 RBIs, 108 walks, 177 strikeouts and 29 stolen bases.
Dohm is the new No. 15 prospect for the Cardinals. The 22-year-old pitcher has a 2027 ETA and has been pitching in High-A.
Dohm is 3-5 over 17 starts and 18 appearances in his first minor league season. He has covered 62 2/3 innings and sports a 2.87 ERA. Dohm has 77 punchouts, 23 walks and a .234 average against him.
Elissalt isn't a top-30 prospect for St. Louis. The 23-year-old pitcher had been working in High-A.
Over two minor league seasons and 56 2/3 innings, Elissalt has a 4-5 record and 3.02 ERA. He's also posted 65 strikeouts and 21 walks, while having a .179 average against him.
Nationals' Prospects and Minor Leaguers
Jake Eder and Sam Brown went to Washington in the trade for Andrew Chafin and Luis Garcia. Ronny Cruz and Christian Franklin were the return for Michael Soroka in the transaction with the Cubs.

Franklin is the team's No. 11 prospect, while Cruz is 12th. Franklin is 25 years old and has a 2026 ETA, while Cruz is 18 and has a 2028 ETA.
Franklin has a .261 average and .395 OBP over 307 career minor league games. He has 53 doubles, 26 homers and 10 triples among his 275 hits, along with 208 runs scored and walks, 143 RBIs, 289 strikeouts and 63 stolen bases.

Other Prospects
On the MLB transaction page, it has Adam Serwinowski and Brian Van Belle going to the Reds in the Zack Littell deal, but another article says the Dodgers got Serwinowski as part of a three-team deal. I'll briefly go over the stats for the prospects in that deal.
Serwinowski has a 4.06 ERA over 188 1/3 career minor league innings. He has 242 strikeouts and 101 walks, while having a .213 average against him. Serwinowski is reportedly being shipped to the Dodgers.
