Top-100 MLB Pitching Prospects with Noteworthy Stats in 2025
Taking a look at top-100 pitching prospects who are putting up good numbers this season.
After taking a look at some top-100 MLB hitting prospects who are excelling early on, let's do the same for pitchers.
Again, we'll use stats provided on the MLB's prospects page. We'll break things down into several stats.

Most Innings Pitched
Milwaukee's Jacob Misiorowski leads all top-100 pitching prospects with 24 2/3 innings pitched. He's doing his work at Triple-A and has allowed just six runs on 11 hits, but also has walked 13 batters. Misiorowski has punched out 29 batters so far.
He has a 2025 ETA and could get a call up whenever a need arises. Milwaukee had a number of pitching injuries it was dealing with to start the season, but has gotten healthier of late. Misiorowski should at least earn a spot in the bullpen later in the season.
Detroit's Jackson Jobe is the only other top-100 pitching prospect to hit 20 innings pitched. He's logged those innings in the big leagues.
He is 2-0 with a 2.70 earned run average, allowing seven runs (six earned) on 14 hits and 10 walks over his 20 frames. Jobe has 14 strikeouts so far.
Jobe is trending up, and should be rostered in deeper redraft leagues - he's also a good standard league streamer most starts. The sky's the limit for this young hurler.
Lowest ERAs
Miami's Noble Meyer has a 0.96 ERA, albeit across only 9 1/3 innings. He's made two appearances, allowing a run on six hits and four walks, while striking out seven batters.
Meyer was drafted 10th overall in the 2023 MLB Draft and has a 2026 ETA. Miami has developed some pitchers over the years, so the 20-year-old is definitely worth keeping tabs on, while being most valuable in dynasty/keeper leagues.
Chicago Cubs' Cade Horton has a 1.46 ERA across 12 1/3 innings at Triple-A. He's allowed two runs on five hits and 10 walks, while striking out 18 batters over his three appearances.
Horton is a 2022 first-round pick, and his ETA is 2025. He probably doesn't need to log too many more minor league innings to show he's ready for the big leagues - an injury to another Cubs' starter might be what gets Horton called up.
Pittsburgh's Bubba Chandler has a 1.76 ERA across 15 1/3 Triple-A innings. He's allowed three runs on six hits and six walks, while striking out a whopping 23 hitters already.
Chandler is probably closer to a call up than Horton, as Chandler got some more AAA seasoning in 2024. Chandler could be the next in line of a talented group of pitching prospects from the Pirates. He'll be up before the end of the season, and could get a call at any time.
Los Angeles Angels' Caden Dana has a 1.89 ERA between Triple-A and the big leagues this season. He has allowed two runs on 12 hits and five walks over 16 minor league innings, while allowing two runs on four hits and a walk in his first three MLB innings.
Dana also got some MLB innings in 2024, but these AAA innings he's gotten this season are his first ones ever. Dana could be called up whenever a need arises in the big leagues, but I think the team would prefer to have him log a few more AAA starts before turning him loose at the big league level.
Most Strikeouts
Misiorowski leads top-100 pitching prospects with his 29 strikeouts. Chandler is second with 23 punchouts.
Colorado's Chase Dollander also is at 23 strikeouts. He's pitched four Triple-A innings and now has 14 2/3 MLB innings under his belt this season.
Dollander has allowed 15 runs (12) earned on 19 hits and five walks, while striking out 18 in his big league innings. He too is getting his first Triple-A innings this season, and looking at his MLB stats so far, a little more minor league seasoning is probably needed.
As long as Dollander sticks in the big leagues though, he'll remain a fantasy option, just in deeper leagues though.
Washington's Jarlin Susana has 23 strikeouts over just 13 2/3 innings at Double-A. He's allowed five runs (four earned) on 11 hits and eight walks.
He was signed in 2022 and has a 2026 ETA. Susana could make a push for a late-season call up if he keeps pitching as well as he has this season. He's only 21 years old.
Dana is next with his 22 strikeouts, while Cincinnati's Chase Burns and Chase Petty are at 20 strikeouts each.
Burnes has been at High-A so far, allowing four runs on five hits and five walks over 11 2/3 innings. He has a 2025 ETA despite being taken last summer (pick two). Burns could be a very quick riser, and in the big leagues around the trade deadline.
Petty was a first-round pick in 2021, but is just 22 years old. In his 17 Triple-A innings, Petty has allowed 14 runs (nine earned) on 20 hits and seven walks. He needs a bit more minor league seasoning, but he could be rushed to the big leagues if the Reds' rotation ever takes a hit.
