With week 4 now in the books, all eyes are on waiver wire transactions. We'll continue the trend by looking at projections to possibly identify some waiver options.

We'll only look at players with an own percentage under 90.

Be sure to check out fantasy football waiver coverage on quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers and tight ends, plus FAAB stories for QBs and TEs and RBs and WRs.

Tight Ends

Dallas Goedert makes the list again, as he's projected for nine PPR fantasy points against the Broncos in week 5. He's owned in 81% of fantasy leagues.

He has five catches over the past two games, but has scored three touchdowns to be a good fantasy asset. Goedert has 114 yards and the three scores on 12 receptions and 13 targets over three games overall.

Evan Engram is set for nine points against the Eagles. He's rostered in 54% of leagues.

Engram has just 62 yards on eight catches and 13 targets over his three games played so far. He had seven targets in week 4, so maybe that's a building block for him.

Dalton Schultz is projected for nine points as well, but against the Ravens. He is rostered in just 20% of leagues right now.

Schultz has 126 yards and no scores on 16 receptions and 21 targets this season. He hasn't topped 40 yards in any game, but has at least 28 yards, so there's a little something he provides.

Running Backs

Tyrone Tracy is projected for 12 PPR points in week 5. He will go up against the Saints and is owned in 75% of leagues.

Tracy did not play in week 4, but if he's back in week 5, he should get enough work to still be a decent fantasy asset, even after the emergence of Cam Skattebo. Tracy has 68 rushing yards on 22 carries and 54 receiving yards on eight catches and 13 targets in three games played so far.

Zach Charbonnet is another back maybe worth adding, as he's set for nine points against the Buccaneers. He's rostered in 89% of leagues.

He had 44 total yards and a score on 14 touches in week 4. Over three games, Charbonnet has 41 touches, which have gone for 101 yards and two scores.

Wide Receivers

Rashid Shaheed, Cooper Kupp, Keon Coleman, Michael Pittman, Stefon Diggs and Josh Downs are all projected for 11 PPR points this week.

Shaheed is owned in 80% of leagues and will go up against the Giants in week 5. He has at least 33 yards in each game, and has 174 yards and a score over 18 catches and 25 targets overall.

Kupp has the Buccaneers in week 5, and is currently rostered in 85% of leagues. Kupp has just 57 yards over the past two games, and 162 yards and no scores over 15 catches and 20 targets overall.

Coleman is owned in 88% of leagues and has a matchup against the Patriots in week 5. He has tallied 91 yards over his past three games after a 112-yard showing in week 1 - he has 17 catches, 22 targets and a score overall.

Pittman has a favorable matchup against the Raiders in week 5 - he's rostered in 89% of leagues right now. He saved a poor fantasy showing in week 4 with a touchdown (his third of the season). Pittman has 234 yards on 21 receptions and 29 targets so far.

Diggs sits at 84% owned, and has the Bills in week 5. He went for 101 yards on six catches and seven targets this past week. Diggs has 213 yards and no scores over 19 receptions and 22 targets in the first four weeks combined.

Downs is rostered in 55% of leagues going into the start of week 5. He's topped 35 yards just once on the season, and has 121 yards and no scores over 14 receptions and 19 targets overall.

Khalil Shakir and Marquise Brown are each at 10 PPR points for the week.

Shakir is rostered in 87% of leagues and plays against the Patriots. He had 69 yards and a score in week 4, and is up to 190 yards and two scores over 16 receptions and 20 targets overall.

Brown has the Jaguars in week 5, and is rostered in 65% of leagues right now. He scored in week 4, but had just 38 yards. He has 209 yards and the score over 22 receptions and 32 targets through four games.

Quarterbacks

Brock Purdy is projected for 17 points against the Rams in week 5. He's owned in 88% of leagues.

Purdy had mixed results in his first game back from injury. He has 586 passing yards, four scores and four picks over his two starts, along with 30 rushing yards on seven attempts.

Justin Fields is set for 17 points against the Cowboys. He's rostered in 88% of leagues.

Fields was solid on Monday despite his team taking the loss. In three starts, he has 471 passing yards, two touchdowns and no picks, while rushing for 178 yards and three scores on 24 attempts.

Tua Tagovailoa is projected for 16 points in a clash against the Panthers. He's only owned in 31% of fantasy leagues.

He looked pretty good on Monday night, but will now be without Tyreek Hill, who is out for the season. Tagovailoa has 752 passing yards, seven touchdowns and four picks through four weeks - he's rushed for just 23 yards on six attempts.

Geno Smith is another QB set for 16 points - he will face the Colts in week 5. He sits at 65% rostered at the moment.

He struggled again in week 4. Smith has 948 passing yards, but six touchdowns and seven interceptions so far. He's rushed for 66 yards on 13 attempts.
