1. Brock Bowers
Bowers is my top-ranked fantasy TE for Week 6. He has a matchup against the Bills.
Connect your league to uncover strengths & weaknesses, waiver assistance, trade scenarios, and get instant start/sit clarity.
Buffalo is just slightly below average in stopping fantasy TEs, and Bowers is elite enough to deliver against anyone, so he gets the top spot this week.
Maybe a surprise to some, Kittle gets the No. 2 ranking this week.
His matchup against the Commanders is stellar, and I think he delivers big as a result.
3. Trey McBride
This will probably be the lowest you'll ever see McBride ranked in my rankings.
He has a tougher test against the Rams, who have been the worst fantasy matchup for TEs so far. So I'm tempering expectations a bit with McBride, but still expecting a huge outing from him.
Likely is up to No. 4 in the rankings as a Week 6 clash with the Saints nears.
New Orleans has struggled to slow tight ends so far, and that's without many touchdown grabs. I think Likely delivers big, regardless of whether he finds the end zone or not.
5. Tyler Warren
Warren is fifth heading into a Week 6 clash with the Titans.
It's a tougher matchup on paper, but I trust Warren enough to expect a good fantasy score this coming week.
Johnson struggled a bit in Week 5, but I see him bouncing back in Week 6 against the Giants.
New York is a pretty average matchup on paper, so it's not too daunting a test for Johnson.
7. Travis Kelce
Fresh off a bye week, Kelce returns to the rankings in the seventh slot.
He has a matchup against the Chargers this week. LA might be winless, but they've slowed tight ends so far, so I'm tempering my expectations with Kelce a bit.
8. Tucker Kraft
Kraft sits eighth heading into a Week 6 battle with the Cowboys.
He's produced more over the past two games, but the matchup is just average, so I think he finishes closer to 10th than fifth.
Goedert returned from an injury and produced a solid PPR score last week.
He gets the Panthers in Week 6. Carolina is an above-average matchup on paper, so I see Goedert as a top-10 fantasy TE this week.
10. Pat Freiermuth
Freiermuth cracks the top 10 this week after a hot start to the season and going into a matchup against the Buccaneers.
Tampa Bay is an above-average matchup, so we'll see if the Steelers' top tight end can deliver a top-10 finish again.
11. Harold Fannin
Fannin will look to bounce back from a very underwhelming fantasy showing in Week 5.
He will be facing the Ravens, who are a slightly below-average matchup on paper. I still like his upside enough to try him at No. 11 amongst tight ends.
12. Mark Andrews
Andrews is the other starting TE in the Ravens-Browns game, and he lands 12th in my rankings.
Cleveland is an above-average test, but Andrews hasn't shown enough to rank any higher than 12th.
13. Brenton Strange
Strange has found life over the past two weeks, so he gets a nice bump up the rankings this week.
A matchup against the Texans in London is a very tough test for him though, so he's not the locked-in fantasy starting TE you'd expect him to be after a couple big weeks in a row.
14. Dalton Kincaid
Kincaid falls to No. 14 in this week's rankings. He gets the Raiders in Week 6.
Las Vegas is a high-end fantasy matchup for tight ends so far, so we'll see if Kincaid can take advantage and get back on track as a fantasy asset.
15. Colston Loveland
Before the regular season kicked off, I'd have never expected Loveland to rank this low, but here we are.
He's got one decent fantasy showing across five games. Even with a slightly above-average test coming against the Falcons, I simply do not trust Loveland, and would only be hoping to start him in deeper leagues in Week 6.
16. Hunter Henry
Henry lands the No. 16 spot heading into a clash with the Jets in Week 6.
He has a couple of good showings in a row, but New York is a very tough test for tight ends, so he ranks several spots after I'd like to really take him.
17. Darren Waller
Waller was another tight end who had a bye in Week 5, so he's rested and fresh for the team's Week 6 battle with Philly.
The Eagles are pretty tough on tight ends, but I think Waller could do enough to justify starting him in some deeper leagues, or in a pinch in standard leagues.
18. Tyler Higbee
Higbee has been in double figures in PPR leagues in three straight games.
He'll look to keep rolling in Week 6 against the Cardinals. Arizona is a top-five fantasy TE matchup so far, so he's a sneaky-good option in deeper leagues, and might offer the best matchup among possible waiver wire pickups in standard leagues.
19. Kyle Pitts Sr.
Pitts has shown some life the past two weeks, so he's rising up the rankings a bit.
He gets the Bears in Week 6. Chicago has been a bottom-five matchup for tight ends so far, so I'm not very fond of starting Pitts this week, even in deeper setups.
20. AJ Barner
Barner and the Seahawks will take on the Broncos on Thursday night.
Denver is a slightly above-average test for tight ends, which helps Barner appear in the rankings despite only one double-digit PPR outing through five weeks.
21. Oronde Gadsden
Gadsden has a couple of so-so fantasy showings this season, but also two goose eggs, so he's hard to trust right now.
He has the Chiefs in Week 6. That's a game the Chargers are going to be underdogs in after a winless start, but the matchup is stellar, so I think Gadsden could deliver, at least a little bit.
22. Dalton Schultz
Schultz has one good fantasy outing and then four below-average ones so far this season.
He gets the Jaguars this week. Jacksonville is a tougher test for tight ends, so I don't think too highly of Schultz in Week 6, but he could produce a bit yet.
23. Jake Ferguson
Ferguson has been barely involved more often than not this season, but there's still enough upside to keep him in the top-25 rankings.
He faces the Packers this week - Green Bay is another below-average test, so I'd only want to start Ferguson in deeper leagues this week.
24. Michael Mayer
Las Vegas is the only team with two tight ends in this week's rankings, with Mayer coming in here at No. 24.
He didn't do much last week, but the matchup against the Bills is solid enough to try starting Mayer in a few deeper leagues.
25. Cade Otton
Otton has been somewhat involved all season, but he's been below nine PPR points all season.
Pittsburgh is a pretty average matchup, so there's enough here to expect a bit from Otton in Week 6.
