Let's continue our dynasty football series by looking over the top offensive players from the Las Vegas Raiders.

We already looked at the Eagles, Chiefs, Lions, Bills, Ravens, Vikings, Commanders, Chargers, Packers, Texans, Rams, Steelers, Buccaneers, Broncos, Bears, Colts, Cowboys, Jaguars, Dolphins, Seahawks, Patriots and Giants. I plan to cover every NFL team, so keep checking back for more!

Quarterbacks

Geno Smith was brought in to start for the Raiders. He's not on my top-10 dynasty QB list, and never will be because of his age.

Smith is 34 years old and is on the back nine of his career. While he has some value in the short term, Smith is not a very good dynasty asset for the long haul.

He should only be rostered by contending dynasty teams, otherwise I'd sell him to the highest bidder, getting future assets in return.

Smith is still capable of starting in some two-QB setups, but is a better secondary option. He had 4,320 yards, 21 touchdowns and 15 interceptions as a passer last season. Smith rushed for 272 yards and two scores.

Aidan O'Connell is the top backup for now, while rookie Cam Miller could take over that role eventually.

O'Connell has some NFL experience, but is already 27 years old, so he's looking like a career backup now. He has a bit of dynasty value while he's the team's backup though.

Miller is already 24 years old, and as a sixth-round pick, he'd have an uphill climb to become a dynasty asset one day. Las Vegas isn't the most locked in at quarterback though, so maybe Miller could turn into something someday. For now, he's only worth rostering in the deepest dynasty leagues out there.

Running Backs

Ashton Jeanty was drafted this season to take over as the Raiders' workhorse back, both for the upcoming season and for the long haul. Raheem Mostert, Zamir White, Sincere McCormick and Dylan Laube are some other backs on the team worth mentioning here.

Jeanty is my No. 3 dynasty back right now, and has the chance to climb that list with a monster rookie season.

The sixth overall pick is just 21 years old and has a very bright future ahead of him. He was worked hard in college, but also played some lesser competition, so his wear and tear is maybe not as high as some think.

Jeanty should be rostered in all dynasty formats and is expected to deliver big numbers right away, while also being a long-time NFL star. It'll cost the world to add him if you don't get him in a startup or rookie draft.

Mostert's dynasty value is down as he's 33 years old, but he's a good veteran voice for Jeanty, and should eventually claim the top backup role.

He's only worth rostering in deeper dynasty leagues, or if you have Jeanty as your lead back. I'd also try to only roster him on a contending dynasty squad.

White had a chance to earn the lead role in 2024, but struggled and eventually was replaced. He's 25 years old, but his dynasty value is already fading. He's only worth rostering in deeper dynasty setups.

McCormick had 212 yards and no scores over five games last season. The 24-year-old is buried on the depth chart, so his value now is low. That would only change in the long haul if he got a change of scenery probably.

Laube was a sixth-round pick last season, but didn't get a single offensive touch over 10 games played. He's 25 years old and is losing dynasty value fast - maybe a change of scenery could give him a chance to take off.

Wide Receivers

Jakobi Meyers is the team's top wideout, with Tre Tucker and rookie Dont'e Thornton Jr. expected to start alongside him. Rookies Jack Bech and Tommy Mellott join Collin Johnson as the top backups for now.

None of those guys are near my top-10 dynasty list, but some of the rookies could get there one day if they take off.

Meyers is 28 years old, so he's a better dynasty option for contending teams. He had 1,050 yards and four scores over 15 games last season.

I'd look to sell him high if your dynasty team wasn't a contender. Meyers is a solid third or fourth wideout for a team, but is likely to only lose more value over time.

Tucker had 583 yards and four touchdowns over 17 contests in his second NFL season last year. He's 24 years old and could develop into a decent No. 2 or 3 receiver for a team if he can hold off the rookies.

I think Tucker will eventually lose his starting role, so I'm not super high on him. He can be rostered by any type of dynasty squad, but he might already be a sell-high candidate to some.

Thornton was a fourth-round pick, so to be a projected starter already says a lot. He's 22 years old and could really make a name for himself with a big rookie season.

Thornton is at least worth stashing in all dynasty setups, and he might become a daily starting option if he indeed starts this season.

Bech is a second-round pick, and he has high expectations going into the 2025 season. He's also 22 years old and is a dynasty target of mine.

He should be owned in all leagues as well, and also could help dynasty owners out this season a bit. In time, he could become the No. 1 option in the Raiders' wideout room.

Mellott was a sixth-round pick of Las Vegas. He played quarterback at Montana State in college, but is transitioning to an NFL receiver. He has the athleticism to do it.

Mellott is an intriguing dynasty piece and could be a fun gadget player early in his career. Those in deeper dynasty setups could stash him and hope the lottery pick becomes a jackpot.

Johnson is on his fourth team and going into his fifth NFL season. He has just 394 yards and two scores over his first 38 games, so his value is pretty low. He's 27 years old, and isn't worth owning in many dynasty setups.

Tight Ends

Brock Bowers is another top-end dynasty asset on the Raiders. He's joined in the TE room by Michael Mayer, Ian Thomas and more.

Bowers is already my No. 1 dynasty tight end, and he seems likely to hold that spot for a while. He's just 22 years old.

Bowers had 1,207 yards and five scores as a rookie, and is destined for more in his second year after the Raiders' offense added some talent. I expect big things from him this season, and for a long time.

You can build a dynasty team around Bowers, even though he's a tight end.

Mayer was a second-round pick in 2023, but only has 460 yards and two scores over his first 25 NFL games. His dynasty value is really low right now, and only a change of scenery is likely to change that, especially because the team has more wideout help now.

Mayer is still worth stashing in a few dynasty leagues, but his time to make a difference is running out.

Thomas is 29 years old and is on his second NFL team - he spent his first seven years in Carolina, where he had 1,062 yards and four scores over 99 games. I only bring up Thomas in case Mayer gets moved prior to the season - then Thomas is just a Bowers' injury away from fantasy relevance. Thomas' dynasty value is really low right now, and that's not going to change all that much moving forward.
