It's time for another dynasty fantasy football overview of an NFL team. The Los Angeles Rams are next.

We have already looked at the Eagles, Chiefs, Lions, Bills, Ravens, Vikings, Commanders, Chargers, Packers and Texans. I plan to cover every NFL team, so keep checking back for more!

Quarterbacks

Matthew Stafford is the team's clear starting quarterback, but at 37 years old, he's not a great dynasty football asset, and the team needs to find a replacement eventually.

Stafford isn't close to being a top-10 dynasty QB, but he's still got some value. In deeper dynasty leagues, or two-QB setups, Stafford is a quarterback to roster and utilize on contending dynasty teams. Trade him away for future assets if you aren't a contender.

Jimmy Garoppolo is the top backup, but isn't a great dynasty asset. Even if he were to take over as the starter next season, he is only going to be a short-term asset. I think he'll spend the rest of his NFL career as a backup.

Stetson Bennett and Dresser Winn are the other QBs on the roster. Bennett was a fourth-round pick in 2023, but is already 28 years old, so he looks like another career backup, and has very little dynasty value at this point. Winn is an undrafted rookie, but is already 26 - he's just on the roster to give the other QBs a break from time to time.

Running Backs

Kyren Williams is the team's top running back, while Blake Corum and Jarquez Hunter are two young backup options. Ronnie Rivers is another name I want to mention.

Williams is 24 years old and is nearing the start of his fourth NFL season. He's racked up 3,046 total yards and 31 touchdowns (mostly over the past two seasons).

Williams is my No. 10 dynasty running back right now, but he's got a better chance to fall off the list then rise up it I think. I still think he's a valuable dynasty asset for all owners, but he's trending toward being someone to just roster on contending dynasty squads.

If you want to sell high on Williams, now is probably the time to do that.

Corum was a third-round pick in 2024, but only got 265 total yards across 65 touches last season, and that was as the main backup to Williams.

I think Corum will be more involved this season, and still could be the team's lead back of the future, especially if he looks good this season. Corum is also 24 years old already though, so that's working against him.

Corum is OK to stash behind Williams in some deeper dynasty setups, but I don't see Corum as a viable starting option outside incredibly deep dynasty leagues this season. An injury to Williams, or a change of scenery, would help his fantasy value.

Hunter was a fourth-round pick this past offseason. He's 22 years old, so there's some legit dynasty value in him. He's buried on the depth chart for now, but that can quickly change too.

He wasn't overutilized in college, so he should have plenty of tread on his tires. We'll see if he ever gets a crack at things in LA.

Rivers hasn't done a ton across three seasons, tallying just 334 yards over 34 games. It'd take injuries for him to get involved now, and I think there's a chance he gets cut before this season kicks off. A change of scenery could help his value, although it's not super high as a 26-year-old already.

Wide Receivers

Puka Nacua and Davante Adams form one of the top 1-2 duos in the league. Tutu Atwell is the other projected starter, while Jordan Whittington, Britain Covey and rookie Konata Mumpfield are next up on the depth chart.

Nacua is my No. 4 dynasty wideout right now. He's just 24 years old and has racked up 2,611 total yards and 10 scores across his first two NFL seasons.

Even with Adams in LA, I still expect Nacua to be a fantasy star. It should actually open more things up for Nacua, so his fantasy value overall is likely to go up, if he stays healthy.

Nacua might not be able to climb my dynasty rankings, but he's going to be an elite fantasy option for a long time yet. He's a player to build a dynasty team around, and roster on contending or rebuilding teams.

Adams will be joining his fourth NFL team in 11 seasons - he was with the Packers for the first eight years, so he's bounced around a bit of late.

At 32 years old, he's still a great pass-catching option. He had 1,063 yards and eight scores over 14 games last season. Adams is a better redraft option, but contending dynasty teams would love to have Adams around.

Trade Adams away if you aren't contending with your dynasty team. You should still get a pretty good return for him, even despite being over 30 years old.

Atwell is just 25 years old, but he failed to take a big step forward last season. He had 569 yards and no scores over 17 games.

Behind Nacua and Adams, there won't be a ton of targets to go around, but Atwell could be a sneaky fantasy asset in deeper setups. If he looks good this season, and Adams or him is moved after the season, then Atwell could be in store for bigger things moving forward.

He's just a depth option in some deeper dynasty setups to start the season. If you believe in him, now is the time to acquire him, instead of waiting until he starts producing.

Whittington is 24 years old and produced 305 yards over 15 games in his rookie season. He's stuck behind Adams and Nacua, but could work his way onto the field with a good camp or preseason.

Like Atwell, Whittington is worth stashing in some deeper dynasty setups.

Covey is a veteran option as a 28-year-old. He has just 76 yards over the past two seasons, and would only have a big offensive role if there were several injuries ahead of him.

Mumpfield is an intriguing dynasty asset, despite him being a seventh-round pick this offseason. The 22-year-old had a solid collegiate career and could maybe become something in time.

The Rams had success with Nacua (a fifth-round pick), and maybe they can work some magic with Mumpfield too. He's worth stashing in really deep dynasty leagues for now, but he's a name to track in camp and the preseason.

Tight Ends

Tyler Higbee is the team's starting tight end for now. Colby Parkinson and Davis Allen are a couple other options, while second-round pick Terrance Ferguson could be the dynasty star of the bunch.

None of them made my top-10 dynasty TE list, but Ferguson could get there soon.

Higbee had 66 yards and two scores over three games last season. He's topped out at 734 yards in his nine-year career, and should be a good option in a passing game lacking proven pass catchers after Nacua and Adams.

Higbee is 32 years old, so he's not the greatest dynasty asset. I'd only roster him on a contending team, and it'd need to be a pretty large roster to justify it.

Parkinson had 294 yards and a score over 17 games and nine starts for the Rams last season.

Parkinson is 26, so there's a bit of dynasty value in that, but he looks more like a backup tight end for the rest of his career. I'd avoid rostering him outside really, really deep dynasty leagues.

Allen is 24 years old, but has just 134 yards and a score over his first 30 NFL games. He doesn't seem likely to contribute in LA, but maybe could up his game with a change of scenery, so I'm at least putting his name out there.

Ferguson was the No. 46 overall pick this offseason. The 22-year-old had decent numbers while playing collegiately at Oregon, and I think his future in the NFL is incredibly bright.

He might not contribute a ton in his rookie season, but he's got a chance to crack my top-10 dynasty list with a big year in the first couple years of his career. He's worth stashing in a good amount of dynasty leagues, and could be a player to build around in time. Keep a close eye on him in camp and the preseason to see if the team might be willing to give him a big role right away.
