Let's go over our third round of fantasy baseball waiver wire hitting options for the week.

Here are stories from Tuesday and Wednesday. Also be sure to check out Thursday's starting pitcher streaming article.

Fantasy baseball waiver wire options can be found all season on FantasySP!

Mickey Moniak - Colorado Rockies

Moniak is sitting at 57% owned in fantasy baseball leagues right now. He was up at 65% on June 24, then dropped to 56% the past couple days, but is now back on the rise.

Moniak posted three hits on the first day of July. He had a double, triple and home run, plus three RBIs and two runs scored.

He had struggled a bit after returning from an injured list stint, and has just six hits over nine games since coming back. He appears to be trending back up now though.

Over 52 games and 192 plate appearances this season, Moniak has a .271 average and .323 on-base percentage. He has 14 homers, 10 doubles and three triples among his 48 total hits, plus 35 RBIs, 25 runs scored, a stolen base, 11 walks and 47 strikeouts.

Moniak has been a pretty solid fantasy asset for most of the season. The injury derailed things a bit, and him not starting against most left-handed starting pitchers holds him back too.

Moniak is a good deep-league fantasy asset, but only should be in standard leagues for short stretches - when he's hitting really well and the team is facing a string of right-handed pitchers.

Owen Caissie - Miami Marlins

Caissie has been added in 1.74% of leagues so far today. He's sitting at 18.22% overall.

He has a four-game hitting streak going right now. Among the five hits in that span, Caissie has a homer and a double. He also has three RBIs, four runs scored, a walk and four strikeouts in that stretch.

Caissie has been a pretty streaky hitter this season, and appears to be in a hotter stretch now. He has a .240 average and .299 OBP over 75 contests and 234 plate appearances.

He has 50 total hits, including 10 home runs and 12 doubles. Caissie has 46 RBIs, 28 runs scored, four stolen bases, 17 walks and 91 strikeouts.

The primary right fielder is at a stacked fantasy position, so that works against him too. Caissie is worth picking up in some deeper leagues today, but it'd take a couple strong weeks in a row to get him close to standard league utilization.

Sam Antonacci - Chicago White Sox

Antonacci is way up to 75% rostered now. He was at just 43% back on June 19, so it's been a quick and steady rise in own percentage for him.

Antonacci has a six-game hitting streak going right now, and he has nine knocks over that span. Among the hits, he has a double and a home run. Antonacci also has an RBI, seven runs scored, three walks and just two strikeouts in that span.

He has fared pretty well in his first taste of the big leagues, and currently sits with a .295 average and .392 OBP. Antonacci has played in 66 games so far, getting 267 plate appearances.

Antonacci has 11 doubles, five homers and two triples among his 67 total hits. He also has posted 23 RBIs, 44 runs scored, 11 stolen bases, 20 walks and 39 strikeouts.

The primary left fielder should also be eligible at second base. That dual eligibility is a nice fantasy boost for him.

More importantly, he's delivering at the plate. I like him in all deeper leagues, and a good amount of standard leagues. If you could use a versatile player, or just a hot hitter, look to Antonacci.

Cole Young - Seattle Mariners

Young sits at 22% rostered right now. He was around 18% on June 29, so he's slightly up from that mark.

He carries a five-game hitting streak as July gets rolling. Young has eight knocks in that span, including two home runs. He has four RBIs, five runs scored, a walk and just two strikeouts in that span.

Young has a .261 average and .323 OBP over his 87 games played and 348 plate appearances this season. He's got 12 doubles, nine home runs and a triple among his 82 total knocks, plus 41 RBIs, 39 runs scored, two stolen bases, 23 walks and 60 strikeouts.

The primary second baseman has also appeared at shortstop, but maybe not enough to qualify there in your league. Young is doing enough at the plate to be worth some fantasy utilization though.

He's a rising asset in deeper leagues, and I think he's a bit underowned right now. He could even be a standard league option down the line, especially at a weaker fantasy position. Don't overlook Young.
