Tuesday's Fantasy Baseball Starting Pitcher Streamers: Emmet Sheehan, Kyle Bradish, and More
Five starting pitchers in action on Tuesday who are widely available in fantasy leagues and have good matchups.
Some days, our streaming list ends up looking pretty weak. We can only go with who's on the mound, and when the best matchups belong to below-average pitchers, that's the way things end up in this column.
Today is not one of those days, however. There are plenty of strong pitchers available in most fantasy leagues who are facing some of the worst teams in the league, making for a bevy of options for owners to choose from. Take advantage and go pick up a pitcher of your own!
Let's look at five starting pitchers in action on Tuesday who are widely available in fantasy leagues and have good matchups. Most stats are from MLB.com, as are the probable starters. The full streamer rankings are listed at the bottom.

Kyle Bradish, Baltimore Orioles vs. Pittsburgh Pirates
Mike Burrows, Pittsburgh Pirates @ Baltimore Orioles
When we get to this point in the season, there are series that just don't need to be played for the sake of the season results. The only thing that matters between the Pirates and Orioles is settling the draft order. Both teams have been poor offensively over the full season and more recently, making them good targets for fantasy pitchers over the final three weeks.
Bradish missed most of 2024 and 2025 after Tommy John surgery, having just made his return in late August. Over his career, Bradish is better than average with both walks and strikeouts, and he has matched that performance in his very short time this season. It's tough to know what to expect from any pitcher after such a long layoff, but Bradish has positive work in his past before the major injury.
Burrows has been good as a rookie. In 85 innings, he has 84 strikeouts and 32 walks; both rates are a little higher than average. He has only given up 75 hits and has an ERA right at 4.00, showing him as an average pitcher through his early work. That makes him a decent streaming option.
Both Bradish and Burrows are mid-level streamers. They each have strong strikeout work, but Burrows has a short track record and Bradish is just returning from a long layoff, so we must temper expectations a bit.
Noah Cameron, Kansas City Royals @ Cleveland Guardians
Cameron is owned in about one-third of leagues. Most of his work has been good, including a better-than-average walk rate, just 92 hits allowed in 113 innings, and an ERA right around 3.00. His strikeout rate is a little low, but Cameron has found pretty consistent success, making him a strong fantasy streamer.
The Guardians continue in the fight for a wild card spot, but their offense isn't pulling the right direction. Over the past 30 days, Cleveland ranks in the bottom five in runs, hits, doubles, home runs, walks, batting average, on-base percentage, slugging percentage, and OPS. They are also in the top 10 in most batter strikeouts. There isn't any other way to put it: Cleveland has been terrible offensively.
Cameron is a mid-level streamer. His lower strikeout rate would usually push him a little lower, but the matchup is great, and Cameron has been very good in his first season.
Zebby Matthews, Minnesota Twins @ Los Angeles Angels
Add the Angels to the list of teams who have been bad both over the full season and since the trade deadline. LA keeps going for it; they haven't tanked or tried to trade away big-time players, even to their detriment. It hasn't worked in their favor, as the Angels are in the bottom 10 in everything other than home runs and have struck out more than any other team.
Matthews is better than average with both walks and strikeouts in 102 1/3 career innings. He has been hit way too hard to find success, though, giving up 123 hits and a home run more often than every five innings. That just won't get it done. The rates are great, but Matthews needs to limit hard contact better.
Matthews is a low-to-mid-level streamer. His strikeout work gives him a nice ceiling, and LA's swing-and-miss ways match up well, but Matthews just hasn't found enough success to bump up to that next level.
Emmet Sheehan, Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Colorado Rockies
When the Rockies play away from home, they are our best streaming target. They are bad over the full season, but when we look just at games played away from home, Colorado ranks dead last in runs, hits, doubles, walks, batting average, on-base percentage, and OPS. They are second worst in home runs and slugging percentage ahead of just the Pirates.
Sheehan is another young pitcher on our list today, just 25 years old and with 113 career innings. He has been above average with strikeouts in that time but has also walked too many hitters. Sheehan has also done well limiting hits (89 allowed), but bad luck and that lack of control have led to giving up a few more runs than you might think. This year has been better than 2023, his last time in the big leagues before Tommy John surgery.
Sheehan is a mid-to-high-level streamer. There's more upside here given his strong strikeout work and how bad the Rockies really are, and Sheehan is our top streamer today because of it.
