Jacob deGrom has hit a rough patch over his last 14 days, posting a 5.87 ERA and a 1.74 WHIP across 9.2 innings with 10 strikeouts. The veteran right-hander remains firmly entrenched in the rotation for the Rangers, who currently sit in first place in the AL West with a 53-52 record.

The recent spike in ratios and high hit allowance over his last four starts represent a clear deviation from his typically stellar baseline, though our models indicate he should still settle closer to his projected 3.04 ERA and 1.02 WHIP over the remainder of the season.
