Fantasy Football WR ADP Breakdown: Are These Receivers Worth Their Draft Cost?
We evaluate whether the top fantasy receivers are bargains, fairly valued or overpriced based on current 2026 ADP.
Let's pick up our fantasy football average draft position breakdowns, looking at wide receivers next.
We have already looked at quarterbacks and running backs and will cover tight ends in a future article. Also check out our ADP breakdown of the first three rounds of picks.

Ja'Marr Chase - Cincinnati Bengals
Chase is the first fantasy wide receiver off draft boards so far, going at pick three on average.
Chase remains a high-end fantasy wideout after another stellar season in 2025. If Joe Burrow could stay healthy all season, Chase will have a great chance to be the top fantasy wideout.
The top Cincy wideout could also have a chance to be the top fantasy player overall, so getting him within the first three picks makes sense to me.
Puka Nacua - Los Angeles Rams
Nacua is the second wideout taken, going at pick four on average.
Nacua has delivered big when on the field, and I expect more of the same in 2026. He's had some offseason issues, so hopefully those don't affect him at all.
He is worth a high-end pick, but is at least a bit risky given the offseason issues. I'm still good with taking him in the top five, and definitely top 10.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba - Seattle Seahawks
Smith-Njigba is going around pick six on average, making him the third wideout taken so far.
JSN was awesome last season, and I think he's capable of even more yet. We just have to hope that Sam Darnold doesn't regress hard.
I'm surprised he's not going until pick six, as I'd be comfortable taking him starting at No. 3 overall, and he has the chance to be the top fantasy player overall.
Amon-Ra St. Brown - Detroit Lions
St. Brown is the fourth wide receiver taken, going at pick eight so far.
ARSB just continues to deliver, and it almost is boring and he gets forgotten a bit. He is one of the safer fantasy picks out there.
I'm good with him going in the top 10, and if you can get him any later, then he has a great chance to outperform his draft stock by the end of the year.
CeeDee Lamb - Dallas Cowboys
Lamb is next off draft boards, going 11th overall on average.
Lamb was good when healthy last season. He's missed a few games over the past two seasons, so hopefully we get a fully healthy season out of Lamb in 2026.
Him going just outside the top 10 is fair in my eyes. I'd be a bit happier to get him a few picks after that, but he has first-round upside, so anytime in round two is a solid spot for Lamb.
Justin Jefferson - Minnesota Vikings
Jefferson is the sixth wideout taken, going at pick 12 so far.
He struggled last season, just like the Vikings did at quarterback. We'll see if he can bounce back in a big way with Kyler Murray around now.
Jefferson has big bounceback potential, but he's still going a bit too early in my eyes. I'd prefer him closer to pick 20, and would skip him until at least pick 15.
Drake London - Atlanta Falcons
London is the next wide receiver taken - he's got an ADP of 16 so far.
London was good across 12 games last season. Injuries haven't been an issue with him much over his four-year career, so hopefully it was just a one-time thing.
The Falcons have a QB issue, so that makes London a riskier pick. Getting him closer to pick 20 is a better spot for him to go in my eyes. We'll see if London and Jefferson work toward pick 20 as the season gets a bit closer.
Nico Collins - Houston Texans
Collins is the eighth wide receiver taken so far, going at pick 23 thus far.
Collins was very good over 15 games played last season. Injuries are definitely an issue with Collins, as he's topped out at 15 games over his five-year career.
The injury issues make him a risky pick, even at his current ADP. Getting him around pick 23 is fine, but selecting him several picks later (near pick 30) would be better value in my eyes.
George Pickens - Dallas Cowboys
Pickens is the second Cowboy on the ADP list already, going at pick 24 overall.
Pickens starred in his first year with Dallas, even outperforming Lamb. I expect some regression in 2026, but this is a decent ADP even with regression factored in.
We'll see how Pickens' ADP moves as the season nears. If he falls even further, the more happy I'd be to draft Pickens to my squad.
Malik Nabers - New York Giants
Nabers is the 10th fantasy wideout taken, going at pick 26 on average.
Nabers only got in four games last season before suffering an ACL tear. It was a bummer after a monster rookie year, and cost several fantasy teams their season after Nabers was a high-end pick.
His ADP is still high, but it's not too shabby. There's concern for sure, but Nabers' upside is higher than being WR10, so I think it's a good spot to try selecting him at. I'm really curious to see if his ADP shifts at all before the year - the earlier you draft, the later pick you should be able to draft him at.
The Next WRs Picked
Three more wide receivers are being taken inside the top-30 picks overall: New England's A.J. Brown (pick 27), New Orleans' Chris Olave (28) and Kansas City's Rashee Rice (29).
Carolina's Tetairoa McMillan (35), Cincinnati's Tee Higgins (36), New York Jets' Garrett Wilson (37), Philadelphia's DeVonta Smith (38) and Baltimore's Zay Flowers (39) are receivers being selected in the 30s.
Los Angeles Chargers' Ladd McConkey is the 19th wideout taken, going at pick 40 so far. Chicago's Luther Burden is next, going at pick 41, while Tampa Bay's Emeka Egbuka is at pick 44. Denver's Jaylen Waddle (48) and Los Angeles Rams' Davante Adams (49) are other wideouts being taken in the 40s.
Four wideouts are going in the 50s: Detroit's Jameson Williams (51), Washington's Terry McLaurin (52), Buffalo's D.J. Moore (56) and San Francisco's Mike Evans (59).
The final three wide receivers in the top 30 taken overall are Chicago's Rome Odunze (61), Tennessee's Carnell Tate (62) and Green Bay's Christian Watson (63).
