Yesterday, we looked over fantasy football waiver wire options at tight end and quarterback, and now are going to check out some targets at running back and wide receiver.

Make sure to check the playing status of these guys as week 18 games near, as so many players end up sitting the final week of the regular season.

Also be sure to check out the FAAB ranking story for week 18, plus the weekly projection article.

Running Back Options

Should You Add Zach Charbonnet?

Charbonnet went for 110 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries in week 17, while adding two receptions for 12 yards. It was his best fantasy showing of the season.

In week 18, he will take on the Niners, who he had 47 rushing yards and a score against in week 1. San Fran is a below-average matchup on paper.

After Charbonnet's showing in week 17, and a solid performance in week 16, it's easier to justify playing him in week 18.

Should You Add Jacory Croskey-Merritt?

Croskey-Merritt rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns on just 11 carries in week 17.

He gets the Eagles in week 18. JCM had 25 yards and a score on eight carries in the last contest against Philly.

The Eagles are an above-average matchup, and Croskey-Merritt should get enough work to deliver again, just maybe not as well as he did this past week.

Should You Add Devin Singletary?

Singletary finished with 45 rushing yards and a touchdown on eight carries, while adding in four receptions for 25 yards.

He will face the Cowboys' defense, who he only got two touches against back in week 2. Dallas is another high-end fantasy matchup, so Singletary could surprise again in week 18.

Singletary might need a score to deliver big again, but deep-league owners could benefit from adding the veteran back for the final week.

Should You Add Audric Estime?

Estime went for 94 rushing yards and a score on 14 carries in week 17. He added a four-yard catch.

He will take on the Falcons in week 18. Estime did not record any stats the last time the teams met.

Atlanta is a slightly above-average matchup, and after what Estime did in week 17, he's a decent option in all leagues for week 18.

Should You Add Dylan Sampson or Raheim Sanders?

Sampson finished with 27 rushing yards on 11 carries, while adding three receptions for no yards in week 17. Sanders had 21 rushing yards on eight carries, plus a 10-yard reception.

Neither back's numbers were very good, but a great week 18 matchup against the Bengals gives each back a chance to put up some fantasy points.

There is no fantasy matchup better, so consider one of the Cleveland backs for week 18.

Should You Add Blake Corum?

Corum had just 18 rushing yards on six carries, and wasn't targeted in the passing game in week 17. He left the game with an ankle injury.

If he's able to suit up in week 18, he'll have a great matchup against the Cardinals. So even though Kyren Williams is RB1 in LA, Corum could deliver big in the final week of the regular season.

Corum was already a good deep-league starting option, and in favorable matchups (like he has next week), he's a standard league flex option.

Should You Add Malik Davis?

Javonte Williams left week 17 with a shoulder injury, allowing Davis to power the Dallas backfield. Davis went for 103 yards on 20 carries.

Davis would have been a big waiver wire add for week 18 already, but when you tack on a great matchup against the Giants, it's a chance for the Dallas running back to really shine.

If Williams is out for week 18, Davis has a chance to start in all fantasy league types. He'd be a good DFS option as well, and should be a bit cheaper.

Should You Add Emanuel Wilson?

Wilson only had four touches for 24 total yards in week 17. There's a chance Josh Jacobs is rested in week 18 though, leaving Wilson to power the Packers' backfield.

Minnesota is a tougher test for Wilson, but it's a matchup that Wilson excelled in as the lead back in late November. He rushed for 107 yards and two scores on 28 carries, while adding 18 receiving yards on two catches and targets.

Wilson will be a must-start fantasy back if Jacobs doesn't suit up for week 18.

Wide Receiver Options

Should You Add Luther Burden?

Burden was PPR WR1 in week 17. He had 138 yards and a score on eight receptions and nine targets. A couple Bears' wideouts are battling injuries, which allowed Burden to shine.

A super favorable matchup against the Lions is next for Burden, so he's maybe the top waiver wire add for week 18. Burden had a five-yard catch against Detroit back in week 2, but is much more involved of late.

If a couple Bears' wideouts are out again in week 18, Burden could shine for a second straight week. He's a good starting option in all leagues if that becomes the case.

Should You Add Chris Godwin and Jalen McMillan?

Godwin tallied 108 yards and a score on seven grabs and eight targets in week 17. McMillan had 114 yards on seven receptions and nine targets.

Their week 18 matchup is against the Panthers, who are a tougher test on paper.

Godwin had 30 yards on five receptions and six targets the last time the teams met. McMillan had 15 yards on two grabs and three targets.

Having Mike Evans around also knocks the fantasy outlooks for Godwin and McMillan down, but they at least are deep-league options, and they deserve standard league consideration after what they accomplished in week 17.

Should You Add Christian Watson?

Watson went off for 113 yards and a score on five receptions and six targets in week 17.

If he plays in week 18, he'd face the Vikings, who are one of the toughest fantasy challenges for a wide receiver. Watson had 49 yards on five grabs and seven targets the last time the teams met.

Again, you'll want to watch Watson's playing status, as he might get week 18 off as the Packers are locked into the No. 7 seed in the NFC.

Should You Add Parker Washington?

Washington went for 115 yards on eight catches and 10 targets in week 17. He had a rush that lost five yards.

It's now two straight weeks that Washington has delivered big for fantasy owners.

Tennessee is his week 18 matchup, and it's a very favorable one. Washington had a 26-yard catch across three targets in the team's last battle.

Should You Add Jayden Higgins?

Higgins had just two catches, but for 88 yards and a touchdown across four targets in week 17.

He will square off with the Colts to cap the regular season. Higgins had 65 yards on five receptions and targets in the team's first meeting.

Indianapolis is another really good fantasy matchup for a receiver, so consider Higgins.

Should You Add Kyle Williams?

Williams had 20 yards on three receptions and five targets in week 17. He played a ton after a couple New England receivers were lost to injuries.

Miami is his week 18 matchup, and it's about as average a fantasy test a fantasy wideout could have. He played just 10 offensive snaps the last time the teams met in week 2, but was on the field for 56 snaps (85% of team's total) this past week.

Williams could be a sneaky-good fantasy asset in week 18.
