We just went over the Packers' top fantasy football players, so now let's go over the top players for the Bears.

We also looked at the top fantasy options for the Commanders and Eagles, who will square off in the other Saturday game this week.

Having trouble deciding who to start? Let the FantasySP start/sit tool help you make a decision.

Caleb Williams Fantasy Outlook

Williams has been a solid fantasy asset at times this season, but has been a little too inconsistent for my liking.

He is coming off a good showing against the Browns in week 15. Williams had 186 passing yards and two touchdowns, but a costly interception in the last meeting against the Packers in week 14. Williams added 15 rushing yards in that contest.

Williams' fantasy outlook isn't as tough this week with Micah Parsons out for the Packers' defense. It's a tougher fantasy matchup on paper.

Williams' inconsistencies this season has me down on him, at least more than others. I have him ranked 15th among quarterbacks for week 16. That makes him a better deep-league option in my eyes - I think you can do better in standard leagues.

Running Back Fantasy Outlooks

D'Andre Swift is questionable for Saturday's game with a groin injury, so that complicates things in the Chicago backfield. Kyle Monangai is the other featured back for the Bears.

Travis Homer is off the injury report, so if Swift is out, he could take on more of the backfield work. Monangai would do most of the heavy lifting though.

The matchup for the Chicago running backs is pretty tough, so none of them have great fantasy outlooks. In the first meeting against Green Bay, Swift turned 16 total touches into 82 total yards, while Monangai went for 57 total yards across 15 touches.

Swift is ranked 25th among running backs heading into week 16. If he cannot play, I'd rank Monangai around that spot, and maybe bump him up a notch or two.

I like Swift to lead the way if he's active. Monangai will eat enough into his workload to make Swift just a flex-level option, and that's why he's ranked in the 20s this week.

Monangai is a deep-league starting option only if Swift is out there. The tougher matchup and previous showing against the Packers explain why.

If Swift is out, I'd be happy to fire Monangai up in any league type, as he'd be the workhorse. Homer would be a desperation play in really deep leagues.

Wide Receiver Fantasy Outlooks

Rome Odunze and Luther Burden are both already ruled out for the Bears, so their wide receiver room is hurting. That leaves D.J. Moore, Olamide Zaccheaus, Devin Duvernay and Jahdae Walker as options in the wide receiver room.

Moore is a pretty good fantasy asset with Burden and Odunze out, but he's still on the flex line in standard leagues in my eyes. I didn't rank him, or any Bears, in my top 30 this week, but also didn't expect Burden and Odunze both to be out.

Moore is a standard league option now, especially as a final wideout, or flex option. The matchup against the Packers is slightly above average, so the top wideout could be in for a nice fantasy showing.

In the first clash with the Pack, Burden led the team with 67 yards on four grabs and six targets. Duvernay had a 24-yard catch, while Zaccheaus had seven yards and a score on two catches and three targets. Moore went backward four yards on a catch and three targets.

Moore is my top fantasy wideout in Chicago this week, and nobody else is a standard league option. Zaccheaus has some deep-league appeal, but is more on the flex line in those leagues.

After those two, I'd take Duvernay and then Walker finally.

Tight End Fantasy Outlooks

The Bears could turn to their tight ends with two starting wideouts down with injuries. Colston Loveland and Cole Kmet lead the way, with help from Durham Smythe.

Loveland has five or more targets in four straight games. He had 29 yards and a score across four catches and five targets in the first game against Green Bay.

Kmet is questionable with knee and ankle injuries, so his status needs to be watched - Loveland would be an even better fantasy asset if Kmet is out. Kmet has three or more targets in three straight games, and went for 42 yards on two grabs and three targets in the first game against the Packers.

Smythe played 25 offensive snaps last week, but wasn't targeted. He caught a two-yard pass on his lone target against the Packers two weeks ago.

The matchup for the tight ends against the Packers is a pretty tough one too, so that hurts their fantasy outlooks. Being down two wideouts trumps that though.

I ranked Loveland 17th among tight ends going into week 16. He could be moved up a few spots now that Odunze and Burden are out, and with Kmet at least banged up coming into the game.

Loveland is still a better deep-league option in my eyes. He could be considered for standard league starts, but I wouldn't love the idea of starting him, even with two or three guys out.

Kmet is a deep-league starting option if he's out there. Smythe would only be a deep-league starting option if Kmet were out, and even then, he'd be just a desperation start.

Kicker Fantasy Outlook

Cairo Santos is the Bears' kicker and is projected for eight fantasy points on Saturday.

He is starting in 27% of fantasy leagues, so he's a decent option in fantasy owner's eyes.

Santos is 21-of-26 on his field goals this season, while being perfect on his 33 extra point tries. He had two field goals and an extra point in the first game against the Packers.

I think he's a better deep-league option for this week. There's better options out there in standard leagues.

DST Fantasy Outlook

The Bears DST is projected for the worst fantasy score among DSTs. They are starting in 26% of leagues still, which is a bit surprising.

The Chicago defense is allowing 24.1 points per game, which is 21st in the league. The defense has 30 takeaways and 29 sacks.

The Bears' defense allowed 337 total yards to the Packers in the first matchup. Chicago had one sack and one takeaway.

I also wouldn't be a huge fan of starting the Bears DST in standard leagues, and would only consider them in deeper leagues. The matchup just isn't great.

Trending Decisions

Williams is part of a trending decision with Cincinnati's Joe Burrow. Fantasy owners like Burrow by a longshot, and so do I. Burrow ranks fifth for me in a pretty nice fantasy matchup against the Dolphins, so he's the easy choice over Williams this week.

Monangai is in a trending decision against New Orlean's Audric Estime, who could start for New Orleans with Devin Neal out and Alvin Kamara trending toward not playing.

Fantasy owners like Estime over Monangai, and I would too if Kamara is ruled out for Sunday in today's injury report. If Kamara plays, then I'd take Monangai over Estime. I'd definitely take Monangai over Estime if Swift is eventually ruled out.

Moore is in trending decisions with Cincinnati's Tee Higgins, San Francisco's Jauan Jennings, Jacksonville's Jakobi Meyers and New England's Stefon Diggs

Fantasy owners like Higgins over Moore, and are starting both guys in 14% of leagues. I have Higgins ranked 20th this week if he can play, so while Moore is closer with Burden and Odunze out, I'd still prefer Higgins.

Jennings is preferred over Moore, with both starting 15% of the time. I also like Jennings, as I had him ranked 25th for week 16. Again, it's closer with Burden and Odunze out, but Jennings is just the safer option in my eyes.

Meyers is also preferred over Moore, with both starting in 31% of leagues. I ranked Meyers 26th, but he has a tougher test against Denver coming. It's close between him and Moore, but I trust Meyers more, even in a tougher test.

Diggs is starting over Moore, with both wideouts being started 22% of the time. I didn't rank Diggs in my top 30 this week - the wideouts have similar fantasy matchups. I'd give the edge to Moore here.

Loveland is up against Miami's Darren Waller and Houston's Dalton Schultz in trending decisions right now.

Loveland is preferred over Waller, with both starting just 6% of the time. I disagree in a big way here, as I ranked Waller ninth for week 16. In an elite matchup against the Bengals, Waller gets the easy nod over Loveland in my eyes.

Schultz and Loveland are a split decision. Schultz ranked 10th for me, so I also like him over Loveland. It's a bit closer than my rankings say though, as Loveland is up a few spots because of injuries to his teammates.
