The last couple weeks, we've gone over some late-week fantasy football waiver wire options, and they've been well received, so we'll continue it for week 7.

We'll look at quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers and tight ends on the rise as the weekend nears.

Fantasy football waiver options can be found daily on FantasySP!

Wide Receivers

Tez Johnson, Kendrick Bourne, Tre Tucker, Jordan Whittington, Rashid Shaheed, Kayshon Boutte and Jalen Coker are all rising as the weekend hits.

Johnson is up 5.36% and sits at 26.58% overall. He's on the rise after a couple decent outings in a row, and with several Tampa Bay wideouts banged up.

Even if Mike Evans is back, Johnson should be a pretty solid fantasy option for week 7. He's at least worth an add and starting spots in deeper leagues, and could get into standard leagues if Evans ends up missing the game.

Bourne is up 2.83% and is now owned in 72.6% of leagues overall. He's on the rise because of great production over the past couple weeks, and with a pretty big role still this week.

Bourne has 142 yards in back-to-back games, so there's enough reason to add him. With Jauan Jennings and Ricky Pearsall among the injured wideouts still, Bourne should remain heavily involved in week 7.

Tucker is up 2.59% and is rostered in 75.34% of leagues now. Tucker has been a really solid fantasy asset over the past couple weeks, so that's mostly why he's on the rise.

With Brock Bowers and Jakobi Meyers not practicing this week, Tucker could easily be the top pass-catching threat for the Raiders, so there's more reason to add and maybe utilize him.

Whittington is rostered in 9.28% of leagues after a 2.34% increase. He's on the rise with Puka Nacua likely to miss week 7.

He has so-so fantasy numbers of late, but could see an expanded role if Nacua ends up missing the game. Davante Adams and Tyler Higbee are likely to be the team's top targets with Nacua out, but Whittington could also be pretty involved, so he's worth some looks in deeper leagues.

Shaheed is up 1.77% and sits at 87.67% overall now. He's coming off a down fantasy outing, otherwise he might be closer to 100%.

Shaheed has four catches in five straight games, so there's a decent floor for him. I like him better in deeper leagues, but in a pinch, he could be used in a standard setup.

Boutte is up 1.46% and is rostered in 43.32% of leagues overall. He was stellar in week 6, so he continues to rise because of that showing.

He should top out as a deep-league asset until he delivers again, but in the suddenly good Patriots' offense, Boutte is worth some deep-league starts this week.

Coker is rostered in 28.7% of leagues after a 1.45% increase. He's expected to play for the first time this season.

There's room for another pass catcher to step up in the Carolina offense, and Coker could be the one who steps up. He's a risky starting option for his first game back, but he's a player to keep an eye on in case he delivers right away.

Tight Ends

Cade Otton, Harold Fannin, Michael Mayer, Zach Ertz and AJ Barner are tight ends on the rise.

Otton has been added in 5.57% of leagues and is rostered in 43.9% of leagues overall now. With several Tampa Bay wideouts injured, it makes sense to see Otton on the rise too.

He's delivered solid results over the past two weeks, and should be a pretty good option in week 7 too. He's worth deep-league starts, and isn't the worst standard league option either.

Fannin is up 5.04% and sits at 78.08% overall now. He had his best showing of the season last week, so he's still on the rise from that.

He also has a nice matchup this weekend, and David Njoku is banged up, so it makes sense that Fannin gets added and started in a good amount of fantasy leagues.

Mayer is owned in 19.77% of leagues after a 1.71% increase. With Bowers out with an injury, Mayer has been on the rise as a fantasy asset.

Mayer delivered solid results last week, and could be another worthwhile starter in deeper leagues, especially if more Raiders' pass catchers are out. Give him an add and a start if you are lacking for a tight end in a deeper fantasy setup.

Ertz has been added in 1.4% of leagues and is rostered in 84.01% of leagues overall. He was pretty good in week 6, and with Terry McLaurin maybe out again this week, Ertz should remain pretty involved.

Even if McLaurin plays, Ertz could still be a decent fantasy asset in week 7. He's at least worth starting in deeper leagues.

Barner is also up 1.4% today, and sits at 25.34% overall. Barner continues to deliver for fantasy owners, but he's still pretty underowned.

He's really worth an add and starts in a lot of deeper leagues, and in the right matchups, could be a standard league possibility. It's not a favorable matchup, so that leaves him as a deep-league option for me this week.

Running Backs

Bam Knight and Sean Tucker are a couple running backs being added as the weekend nears.

Knight has been added in 2.41% of leagues, bringing his overall mark up to 40.87%. He has a score in back-to-back weeks, so there's some deep-league value in Knight.

He's working through a knee injury, but if he plays, he should be pretty involved behind Michael Carter, as Emari Demercado is trending toward not playing. Having Demercado out could mean a few more snaps and touches for Knight, which obviously makes him a better fantasy asset.

Tucker has been added in 1.39% of leagues, and he's rostered in 13.33% of leagues overall now. He continues to serve as RB2 in Tampa Bay with Bucky Irving out.

Some fantasy owners in deeper leagues might be adding the running back in anticipation of more usage with so many wideouts out and injured. I'd prefer to add Johnson or Otton, but in really deep leagues, Tucker is an intriguing add.

Quarterbacks

Jaxson Dart is the lone quarterback on the rise as of the time the article was published. He's up 2.04% and sits at 60.76% overall.

Dart is rostered in 60.76% of leagues after a 2.04% increase today. Dart has looked pretty good in his first couple starts, so it's fair to see him on the rise.

Unfortunately, an extremely tough fantasy matchup against the Broncos is holding him back from being rostered and utilized in even more leagues. He has more tougher matchups ahead too, but if he starts delivering in them, then he'll be worth adding in standard leagues.

I think he's worth stashing in some standard leagues, especially if you have a roster spot to play with, and haven't locked in an every-week quarterback yet.
