Week 11 of the NFL regular season kicks off with a battle between the New York Jets and New England Patriots.

Let's go over the start/sit tool here at FantasySP and discuss trending decisions involving players from both teams. We will look at trending decisions involving Jets' players first - check back for the story involving Broncos' players.

Having trouble deciding who to start? Let the FantasySP start/sit tool help you make a decision.

Breece Hall Start Decisions

Hall is still the lead back for the Jets after not being moved at the trade deadline. He is in trending start/sit decisions with Kimani Vidal, Woody Marks, Travis Etienne, TreVeyon Henderson and RJ Harvey.

Hall is my No. 21 ranked back for week 11. His matchup against the Patriots is a tougher test, so that's why he's ranked a bit lower this week. He is projected for 13 PPR points.

Etienne is my top-ranked back of that bunch, sitting 16th. Vidal is ranked 18th for me, while Marks is 19th. Henderson sits 23rd for me, while Harvey was 24th.

Etienne has the top projection (14 PPR points). Vidal and Marks joined Hall at 13 PPR points. Henderson is at 11 points, while Harvey is at 10.

Between Hall and Henderson (the two backs playing tonight), fantasy owners prefer Hall over Henderson, but are starting both 73% of  the time. Depending on your other options, both running backs could be starters for week 11. I also like Hall over Henderson, but it's close, and really is a coin flip.

Fantasy owners prefer Hall over Vidal, and by a wide margin - they are starting both guys 52% of the time. I like Vidal over Hall, but again, it's very close. Getting both in your lineup is fine by me, especially if you don't have any other options.

Hall is also preferred over Etienne, which is the first spot I really disagree with fantasy owners - the two backs are being started together 68% of the time. I don't like the Jaguars' offense, but I definitely trust it more than the Jets' unit, so that's why I like Etienne by a decent amount over Hall.

Hall is starting over Harvey every time, with fantasy owners starting both guys nearly 31% of the time. I think Harvey will be the lead back for Denver with J.K. Dobbins injured, so Harvey really isn't that far behind Hall.

In the decision between Hall and Marks, fantasy owners again like Hall, with owners starting both 37% of the time. While it's close, I prefer Marks here - again, it's because of the offenses they are on.

Other Jets' Fantasy Options

Hall is actually the only Jet who is part of trending decisions right now. I'm not sure if that will even change before the game kicks off, because New York just doesn't have many other good starting options.

We will at least discuss the other options here.

It appears that Justin Fields will be starting again for the Jets. If things go poorly, it wouldn't be surprising to see Tyrod Taylor replace him at some point tonight.

Regardless of who makes the start, I had both guys ranked 26th this week. They have a pretty average matchup coming against the Patriots.

Neither quarterback has a super high fantasy upside, so they are just starting options in the deepest of leagues. I'd avoid them if I could.

Hall is the only New York running back I'd want to start most weeks, and especially in a tough test like this.

Garrett Wilson would have been the other good fantasy starting option, but he's been ruled out with a knee injury. He might miss a few weeks.

With Wilson out, it's probably tight end Mason Taylor who is the best fantasy pass catcher on the team. He's shown flashes of upside this season, but hasn't delivered enough to trust in most matchups.

He ranks 20th for me amongst tight ends, so he's just a deep-league option. It's an above-average matchup, so maybe Taylor can surprise tonight. With the way the Jets' offense has looked this season, he'd be a really risky standard league starting option though.

Fire Taylor up in some deeper leagues, but avoid him in standard leagues.

Even with Wilson banged up here and there this season, the only other wideout over 20 targets on the year is Josh Reynolds. He's on the injured reserve list, so he's not an option either.

Tyler Johnson, Allen Lazard, Jeremy Ruckert and Arian Smith are some more Jets' pass-catching options, but not fantasy assets outside the deepest fantasy leagues out there.

With Wilson only getting in 19 snaps last week before leaving with his injury, Taylor led the pass catchers with 38 snaps played. Smith was at 33 snaps, while Johnson played 31. Wide receivers and tight ends caught a whopping four passes, so you can see why I'd be trying to avoid everyone.

Give Taylor some consideration in deeper leagues, but avoid him in standard leagues. Everyone else is just a deep-league option, and not one I'd want to be starting.

It's really Hall or bust with the Jets' offense tonight.
