Caleb Durbin and Andruw Monasterio - Boston Red Sox

Durbin has been added in 2.77% of fantasy baseball leagues today, and now is rostered in 60.37% overall. Monasterio is only owned in 7.37% of leagues, but that's up from 2.19% at the end of July.

Durbin has four hits over his past three contests. He has a homer among the hits, plus six RBIs, three runs scored, two walks and a stolen base. Durbin didn't strike out in that short span.

He's improved from a horrendous start to the season, and now has a .247 average and .317 on-base percentage over 106 games played and 396 plate appearances. Durbin has 87 hits so far, including 20 doubles, 11 home runs and one triple. He also has posted 50 RBIs, 52 runs scored, 13 stolen bases, 28 walks and 52 strikeouts.

The third baseman has found new life at the plate of late, and he's back on the rise as a fantasy asset as a result. Durbin is worth spots in deeper leagues at least, and can be utilized in standard leagues too during these hot stretches at the plate, like he's on now.

Monasterio has a seven-game hitting streak going right now. He has 10 knocks over that span, including two doubles and a home run. Monasterio has eight RBIs, five runs scored and a stolen base in that stretch.

He has played in 73 games this season, getting 228 plate appearances. Monasterio has 19 doubles, six homers and a triple among his 55 total hits so far. He also has tallied 26 RBIs, 27 runs scored, 16 walks, three stolen bases and 49 strikeouts.

He has mostly played shortstop for Boston, but also should have eligibility at second base, at least - he's also played first and third base, so check into what spots he's eligible at. The more positions he can slot in at in fantasy, the better a pickup he becomes.

Monasterio is still just a deep-league fantasy asset, but one to consider, especially if you need an infielder for a little bit. If he keeps hitting, he'll be added in more and more leagues, so be prepared to scoop him up if his hot streak continues. 

Carson Benge - New York Mets 

Benge is up to 59.45% rostered right now. He was at 57.87% yesterday.

He has a homer in back-to-back games, and 10 knocks over his past eight contests. Benge has two homers and two doubles, plus three RBIs, four runs scored, a stolen base and a walk in the timeframe.

The rookie has a .263 average and .325 OBP over 110 games and 453 plate appearances in 2026. Benge has 109 hits, including 15 doubles, 13 home runs and two triples. He's got 43 RBIs, 58 runs scored, 17 stolen bases, 33 walks and 100 strikeouts as well.

I like what Benge has shown this season, and in this hotter stretches of hitting, he's a standard league fantasy asset. At a stacked position, he's usually just a deep-league option, but he's fine to stream when he's racking up hits and production at the plate, like he is now.

Endy Rodriguez - Pittsburgh Pirates

Rodriguez sits at 5.09% owned right now. He was below 3% rostered on July 24, so he's slightly on the rise of late.

Rodriguez has a three-game hitting streak going, and has two homers in that short span. He has three RBIs, three runs scored, a walk and a stolen base in there too.

Over 43 games and 154 plate appearances so far this season, Rodriguez has a .269 average and .379 OBP. He has seven home runs, six doubles and 35 total hits. Rodriguez has produced 20 RBIs, scored 20 runs, walked 23 times, stolen six bases and struck out 39 times.

He mostly catches for Pittsburgh, but has appeared at first base on four occasions - he might have eligibility there from last year too. Rodriguez is another deep, deep fantasy league asset, but one to consider adding if you need help at catcher or first base. He's playing plenty of late, and he's maybe worth utilizing until that playing time or production dries up.
